Was informed that extra time Will be allowed without charge how ever at the time of checkout staff at the counter charged additional 750. Hence 1 hour 40 mins is at 1500 too expensive. Funky monkey at alpha mall is at 500 on weekends and they let the kids play till 1hour 30 mins at same cost.

This is a good place for kids. The place is clean and hygienic. The sliders are really big. 5-6 kids can slide together.

I did birthday party at toy joy tales for my daughter. So the place is like kids can have fun... but when it comes to food it was worst and management was very poor.. my guest was complaining about food ..and they didn't even compensate for it they just said sorry and that's all..

One of a kind play station for kids..it has all the amenities for kids to enjoy. The staff is a bit slow however they do become active once said to. Well maintained as per hygiene and cleanliness is concerned. They have a cafe area also so parents can enjoy their time and kids can keep playing. You can keep an eye on the child too. Overall a good ambience good staff and great engagement for kids. Plz do visit with your kids.😍 Their food and drinks menu are good you can tray their pasta green tea french fries sandwiches...they have a section for kids menu too...host bday parties have different packages..it's a great place.

Finally a cafe with play park !! A small yet properly managed place . Cafe inside serves awesome food . Menu is full of healthy and yummy options. Socks are mandatory for everyone and if you are not wearing you will need to buy from here. They offer various workshops and membership for kids. Overall if you are meeting friends (with children) over coffee this is the place to be.

They have come with up very strange and weird rules. Advance booking is mandatory which is understandable. But the booking should be for minimum of 6 children. So if I have a child, I can't take her to this place.

It is an apt place for the kids to play and parents to relax. Nicely kept. Helpers are smiling and doing their bit. But again would want to see it's safety (fire/child) policy right in front which I did not. Will visit again.

The sitting area is upstairs and is not connected or visible from the playing area. It is a major blunder in the design. The people accompanying the kid can not have a look at the kid. Parking space is also an issue.

Nice timings are odd so we have only option for Sunday and rate are high compared to other play zone. Else different ride. I can this is for suffocating people. 👍🏼

Funtastic play area for the kids, vibrant colours wisely designed and could see new play equipment added. Clean and hygienic play area in the town. And yes must try food options in the cafe, it's really awesome.

It is good place for kid to hang around. But the staff placed inside for assistance needs to be more kid friendly and sophisticate approach to them

My kid loved the place. I have recommended many and will recommend more to visit this place again. BUT Staff needs little improvement and co-operation with each other ( as i felt they dont like to work with each other or had some kind of ego issues with each other... hahaha..like every girls have at their work place. ) only one girl was there at a slide to push and get that air ring back to the place. when she asked other girl to help.. she didnt where as there was no other kid at all to manage. so there should be at least two girls there to help. If you dont look for all options in the game area they should suggest. e.g. that small zip line and blocks of LEGO to play along. and yes - more than one ring should be in working condition. when we visited my kid slide down one time and the air of the ring was gone.. the girl started to fill it again and let him wait for around 5-10 or so minutes. whereas here they are charging per hour - 500Rs. so they should take care of all such things. Hope such things can be resolved.

Good place for kids especially for those who want kids to play physically rather than on mobiles and electronics upto age group of 1.5years to 4 years.

Weird behavior of receptionists...laughing and talking about someone..which was strange...unprofessional...felt insulting..never ever come again.. HAPPY ON PARTY PLAY SINDHUBHAVAN IS FAR BETTER THAN THIS.

Don't visit Toy Joy with your children. This is very bad for kids area. The kids area is not cleaned. Their clients are very poor. Don't waste your currency. Thank you Friends.

This place is heaven for kids below 5 years. It’s had neat and clean Play area and had lots of activity to be carry with kids like painting , blocks etc

I was delighted to take my niece to the Toy Joy Play Centre for a day filled with fun and excitement. From the moment we walked through the doors, it was clear that this place was designed to bring smiles to children's faces. The play area at the Toy Joy Play Centre was colorful and inviting, instantly capturing my niece's attention. The variety of activities available was impressive, ranging from climbing structures and slides to interactive games and imaginative play zones.

I visited with my kids today for the first time for an hour as I didn't had much time but later on my kids were not ready to leave the playarea, there were so many girl staffs to look after and were so friendly and caring. My kids really had a fun time. Least to mention - food was very good quality with quick and swift service. Hats off to Toy Joy Tales 🥳✌️👍
