I recently ordered our Wedding Engagement dress from here, and I must say that the quality of their stitching and fitting is nothing short of exceptional. The final product they delivered was flawless, which truly impressed me. But, it's important to note that the pricing at here is a bit on the higher side. While the quality justifies the cost. However, there is room for improvement for customer service and organizational efficiency. They did fall short of their promised delivery date by almost a week, which was disappointing. When I reached out to inquire about the status of my order, it became evident that there is room for better coordination and communication within their team. This aspect of their service left much to be desired. In summary, this shop excels in delivering high-quality, well-fitted garments, but they could benefit from enhancing their customer service and delivery timeline reliability.

Had a great experience at Sia. We had visited Sia for wedding shopping after going through a few other boutiques first - I can confirm that the collection in Sia is unbeatable.I see many reviews here that imply that the customer experience was bad, but I had one of the best customer experiences I have had in any store in town.The team was very knowledgeable on new patterns and designs, welcomed me and my daughter wholeheartedly, and had an incredible selection of outfits. We ended up taking all our outfits from there. My daughter in law had the same experience, and also mentioned that the customer service was remarkable.
