Good hospital and well experienced doctors but the staffs are very careless especially nurses.

Excellent infrastructure. Excellent facility. Highly experienced doctors. Neat and clean wards. Helping staff. Such a nice hospital in kayamkulam.

A good private hospital in town. It is among the oldest hospitals in Kayamkulam. It was found and run by Dr. John. So it is usually called as ജോണിന്റെ ആശുപത്രി. Treatment is good and affordable. Lab facilities are also available. There are many good doctors here. Fees is reasonable. But you may have to wait for some time to consult doctor. Parking is a problem. You may have to park outside in the road which is also congested.

Very good doctors, nursing staffs, security, cleaning staffs etc, Management team please improve the facilities you are providing. Still the hospital services are very poor. Payment system, parking facilities, rooms availability especially temperature inside the room is not tolerable at all. Please digitise the file system. Keep the patience records in a data base. Once we take the token we have to wait for the staffs to come with our file, then what is the purpose of the computers infront of the doctors.

Doctors are so nice but the behaviour of other staff is horrible. Hygiene is low, dusty fans,tables,.... And so congested rooms. It takes a lot of time for registration procedure.

I have been staying at Ebenezer ICU facilitated room adjacent to ICU as a bystander to my father since January 2021. Good service by doctors and 24/7 caring service provided by Nurses especially ICU nurses. Cost is affordable compared to other private hospitals in town. Hospital is located at centre of kayamkulam town and transportation is accessible with ksrtc bus stand and private bus stand near by.( walkable distance ). Near by hotels, restaurants are available. However, parking inside the hospital is somewhat a problem here but they do have a dedicated parking area available behind the hospital which may be barley known by many and you can't park outside as roads are very narrow, congested and one way too.

Doctors are very very good....Pls provide mobile Token system. The existing system is not good.<br>Time management is utter worst. Give almost a clear timing to the gynec patients for scanning.<br><br>Parking for four wheeler is a big issue.<br><br>Conclusion..<br>A very good team of doctors.. especiallygynecology..<br>Reasonable fees/bill.<br>.......,..........<br>Arrange a parking area for four wheeler.

Good Hospital,earlier it is known as Dr. John's hospital now the name was ebenezer hospital.Dr.siji (ortho)and Dr.Saji are main doctors in this hospital.Good treatment facilities are available here.A very good nursing teams are available for patients help. Scanning and Xray facilities are available here . Emergency treatment also avilable, wheelchair accessibility is available . Parking facilities is there but it has to improve.Many veg. and non veg hotels are near to this hospital.It is very near to Busstand and in centre of the town.

Our experience with this hospital was great.. The Nursing staff and other staffing patterns were very cooperative and helpful, especially Dr. Anil George (ortho) excellent and expert in his profession, very polite, soft spoken and genuine. We are very much satisfied.

I had visited the Gynaecology dept along with my wife recently.Excellent doctors,staff behave especially administration staff's also exemplary.Charges are very reasonable as well.The kindness and care we received during the confinement of my wife will never be forgotten.

Very bad experience.Yesterday my mother taken to the same hospital on emergency in cardio,although doctor was there but nurse approach was very bad and overreacted.Hospital is for patients but the employees specially nurses and the ladies who is sitting in bill collection very bad and rude behavior. If this is keep on repeated then this hospital will be close soon because of one or two employees attitude.

Located at the heart of Kayamkulam city. Good infrastructure facilities are availble. Good doctors and nurses service are available. But ATM facility is not available. Night time service is better too. A small parking facility is available here.

I'm very sorry to say that... yesterday my wife was admited in the labour room... it was very worst experiance for her she can't even explain that...my wife don't get a bed to laydown she is laydown all time just in coat...and the staff nurses behaviour really bad to the patiance and there attitude like they don't care..i'm not saying all nurses are like this... but most of them...also there don't have any privacy for the patiance for anything...i don't want anyone experiance like this anymore..so please do the needful ASAP

Doctors are good well explained the condition of the patient and given proper advices in gynaecogy department but some nurses working over there in the same department op section treating us very rudely ,we paid and come over there for proper care and mental satisfaction .As a noble profession they have to interacting the patients to be a better mode ,may be this rude behaviour because of improper training ..moreover for scanning they are giving almost same time to the patients and delaying more than 2 hours ,then what is the purpose of taking appointment??patients are suffering because of this delay without having lunch and bed rest patient are sitting more time there to cause another problems Humbly request to consider this issues for prividing better services and make the hospital as number one ...,

Worst hospital I must say.. I underwent my first delivery here.. they got me admitted when I didn’t have any pain stating that there is NO suffiencient beds available if we come later and GOT induced ..had to undergo C section as feral distress occurred… they didn’t wait for natural pain.. my gynecologist was the main doctor..HOD I guess .. though not remembering her name n I dnt wish to… because of their money making mentality, I’m still suffering.. the staffs are also horrible.. they act as if are doing us a favour… so, think couple of times before visiting this hospital..

It’s high time Ebenezer to digitalize registration system, it takes hours to reach till the counter and then to wait till they find the file with manual file management system, Hospital management should kindly look into this and digitalize this platform for easiness of patients.

I underwent this unprofessional behavior when I tried to consult the paediatrician and they insisted on consulting my 6-month-old baby to the duty doctor even though the paediatrician was available and we could see that patients who reached after us were also able to see the same paediatrician.

Yesterday I really had a bad day at Ebenezer Hospital as my file went missing from file management department. I'm a gynaec patient and my all records were in that file.They gave me a new file instead of my original file. Do the management give this much importance to their patients? The staffs talked very rudely as I have asked them their valuable things. Please train your staffs how to behave with the customers. If the management or the staffs can't able to handle the files of the patients, they should give it to the patients to take it to home.

Worst experience I have ever felt from any hospitals. Those on o.p counter was behaving like I asked their valuables.They behave very rudely to those who stand in the queue. There is no proper system to maintain the rush. I went to this hospital today and never hated a hospital as much as this one.

My mother was admitted in this hospital for a surgery and then they shifted her to the payward. The next day at night they put another patient in the same room which has only one chair and table. Then what is the difference between payward and general ward? I have not seen these in any other private hospitals

I give three stars only because of the friendly behavior of the gynecology department staff and doctor 6 years ago..Facility wise it is not upto the mark. For the gynec department no 2 pregnant ladies can stand at the same time facing each other..The space was too congested..Rooms were affordable and was worth the payment made. It can be affordable for a low to middle class family. Not sure if suite rooms are available.. This is based on 6 years back experience and I do not know what currently the situation is.. Hope they have improved..
