A large store with almost all the household goods, surprisingly located in the remote area, beating all expectations. But to their dismay, Customers are less due to the location. They've got almost all the stuff needed. I asked for butter paper, and to my surprise, they had it. I asked for sandwich bread, and they had it too. They've got various branded products in cosmetics, utensils, crockery, grooming kits, and many more. They've got a section for fruits, veggies, eggs, etc Lucky neighbourhood, I'd say.

Very bad cashier @ olakettyambalam. She is lazy in getting up from her seat to swipe the Debit/Credit Card, she wants the physical money only for the bill generated, people like her are the reason for shops to get shut down. Which happened in Bharanikavu too for the same branch shop. I request the owner to keep an eye on like this people, for the shops reputation.

Customer service is poor ... the stafs not good they doesnt know to deal with customers.. had very bad experiance today from empire mall

Today I understood why the shop is in this much loss and lacking in customers. They are treating customers in such a way that is totally unacceptable. They follow as like we are thieves. The staffs comes with us as we enter into the shop which we don't feel like a helping mentality because if we say that its ok I will manage, then also they won't leave us and comes to whichever section we go. Its really a mentally harassing way of ill treating customers. I am damn sure that a normal person will never again visit this shop.
