My mother (ECHS)had a knee fracture recently and she can't stand for long time. However she camed canteen with me. We both are there. Afterall my mother permission, they not allowed me to enter there. The officer was very rude and shouted to us. My mother disappointed in such behaviour. It is not the right way to treat people who come there.In my opinion they want to allow me to enter in my mother presence. 👎

Very bad canteen in all respects

In this era of modern technology, it is my humble suggestion to make the grocery available online. ( Provided there be limit in quantity for the purchase of items per month) Thus it will help a lot old aged to select items they wish ( also they can seek guidance or suggestions from other family members for selecting the right product) by staying safe at home.

Worst canteen i had ever seen staffs behaviour is not good and they change their rules daily mainly the token issuing staff his behaviour is so rude to all. Management is so poor

Almost all CSD items are available here but the major problem is, it is very much crowded all the time and long queues for billing as well. Youngsters can still stand for long hours but it is really tiresome for senior citizens. I saw many veterans waiting for their chance standing in long queue for billing. They are old aged and they of course face a lot of age related problems. I hope the authorities would consider this because I feel this is really important.

Average good canteen. All items are not available here. Items in the canteen are good. One of the problem is everything is not available here. In last weeks of the month there is scarcity of some resources.
