Very bad customer service from the reception and the pharmacy and billing people. My sister had severe itching due to which we went to Sony Varkeys clinic. We visited 2 times both time We understood they do not have too much patients it’s just that they want the ppl to wait until they accumulate certain number of patients then only the receptionist will start registration. 1hr minimum waiting before consultation. Doctor rooms will be empty no one will be going in and out of doctors room. After that pharmacy is a chaos... they will as u card or cash once we say it la card they ll arrange all the meds. We need to cancel one medicine their starts the drama they said it’s not possible to reverse the entry once it’s entered in the system. They insisted to us to pay cash if we need to cancel the bill. I said we ll get the meds from outside we do not wana purchase if they can’t cancel that meds. They won’t give the prescription in your hand. 2 young ladies one is a pharmacist she was really rude to us.. Anyways they charge high but they serve u pennu and as if we are at their service.... very bad clinic doctors might be good but we decided we won’t go back to them and we ll inform those who know us not to go to Sony varkeys clinic ...

Hi, this is to inform everyone who's watching this review to share my experience of about 8 to 12 months in this clinic treated by Dr Sony Varkey. I've treated for my skin disease of Eczema all that while by avoiding Gluten and other advised foods. During the first stage of my treatment was fine but moving forward the disease started spreading over my body that never existed, skin started becoming iching, dry, tan and dark. The medicine nowhere helped me to cure the disease or shown any improvement. As days passed, the situation was getting worse and worsening every day. Finally, I decided to stop this medication due to my miserable condition. My both brother's were also gone under treatment by same Dr varkey for hair fall and allergy. In their cases also, they didn't find any improvements for months. They stopped even before me and realized it was not working for them. As I was a little stupid by trusting this doctor with his amazing diagnosing and convincing style. I had to quit before finding a new doctor which I found out lately but it was in Ayurveda. I had to go under a tight dieting plan and medication that took couple of months to show improvements in my body. Slowly, i started consuming most of the food which was avoided in the beginning. So friends, i want to tell you that in any english medicine there is no cure for eczema because it just treats for your symptoms and not treat its root couse. The anti biotics have also effected my auto immune system to tackle diseases which is why it becomes un-curable in English medicine As friends this is my experience, don't know how everyone else feel about this clinic -No improvement-instead leads to other diseases-Time consuming and Very costly, such a waste of money and time.

Very bad experience i got from there, not from doctors, one lady is there in reception, she is totataly waste, i came 7.30 and i booked but who came after me she allowed to attend the Doctor before me, and just i asked to her that, she shouted me very loudly, very irresponsible and irrespective service she provided like govt hospitals, shame on her

We visited this place exactly a week ago with some terrible skin conditions. We were deeply disturbed and worried and it was spreading the entire body, including face. Within a week of medication, we are completely back to normal.. Doctor Sonny Varkey is that someone with a divine touch. With his rich experience and wisdom he can cure any condition, that's what I felt from my experience. The patient should listen to him, continue the medication as instructed, do the follow up visits and stick to dietary restrictions if suggested. The other doctors too are working in alignment with main doctor, as I observed. Getting an appointment with Dr Sonny is a tough job, we have to wait months, but it's totally worth it. Thank you so much Doctor. The respect towards you is beyond limits.

After so many research i found this is one of the best skin clinic in kochi and doctor sonny varkey is best in town. So i called them to book an appointment with dr. Sonny varkey they said no need to book an appointment and they said come directly before 7.30 am. I visited clinic very next day at 6.40am there were so many people waiting outside and i waited there till clinic opens. they opened at 7.40am arround 1 hour i waited and when my turn comes i said i want to consult dr. Sonny varkey unfortunately they said appointment is full only first 10 person can consult doctor you cant consult doctor today. I was shocked then i asked why dont you said this yesterday when i called they dont even give me proper response and they asked me to consult other available doctor i was very disappointed with that. They are returning their patients by nothing they dont even allow for booking next day they will say come tomorrow before 7.30 and wait outside do same process (This is happened on tuesday 29th june 2021) Please forgive me if there is any spelling mistakes i am very frustrated while writing this review

My daughter had a bad attack of ezxima and so) took her to the clinic. We were assigned to a junior doctor who prescribed the medication after taking the lapproval from the senior doctor by sharing the pictures of my daughters hands. The sad thing is that after the long wait and the enormous bill, the treatment did not work at all.. There was absolutely no improvement to her skin condition after completing the prescribed course. In short I really regret going to the clinic and wanted to share my experience with all.

The cash 500 is too high to pick up an OP ticket. Ernakulam clinics usually charge Rs 300. The general public is in a lot of trouble. The doctor's treatment is very, very good.

Worst clinic..i disappointed to dr.ben Today we went there for a consultation and we got an appointment for this doctor.during the time of consultation he not allow us to talk our skin issues completely...he talk like without manners ..i never visit that hospital again.actually we all are paid money for a consultation .so we have the right to talk any issues related to that particular doctor,that is one or two or more issues related to skin.but they don't have any interst to hear us what we do.

❗️❗️600rs 💲Why are you guys increasing the consultation fee on every six months ? Do you think is it reasonable increasing fees and hungry for 💵? Now Ernakulam have plenty of prominent well known dermatologists with latest technologies. I told my friends and families to never visit this. Only thinking about money money. My wife visited today and this is the last visit. 12 August 2023. I don’t feel these are the best. I wonder how this clinic got 4.1 rating ❗️

Pretty neat clinic. The reception process is a bit slow, but barring that, everything seems just fine. I consulted Dr. Harsimran Singh Chawla and found him pretty friendly and approachable. Update (4/3/2023) to my above review: The antibiotics the doctor prescribed isn't something humans can have with certain other medications. And I happen to have 2 daily tablets of this 'certain other medications'. I couldn't even stand up properly the day after I had this doctor's antibiotic medicine. This is a grave situation and I wonder why the doctor was this careless about this matter. He had asked me about allergies and medications and other medical history, but still prescribed me this antibiotic.

I have generally had a decent experience with the clinic (I did not have any serious problem) and was going to recommend it to a friend. But I am absolutely shocked by how defensive the comments (from the clinic) to customer's negative Google reviews are (such as 1 star ratings). In a medical clinic, any data collected about the patient is to be confidential by law. Instead the clinic is posting confidential information as a way to defend itself. A customer is allowed negative reviews, however biased or false. A negative review does not warrent abuse of confidential information. I would highly discourage you from going to this clinic if you would like to protect your privacy. If in doubt, please take a look at the responses yourself.

Went early and waited in the queue in the hope of getting Dr Sonny's appointment. Was told that it was all booked and I could consult any other doctor in the panel assuring they are easily good because they were personally picked by Dr Sonny himself and they all follow the same treatment and medication. Consulted Dr Manitha Kumarie, she took less than 5 minutes with the whole thing where she didn't even ask the right set of questions. She prescribed a very strong gel to be applied all over my face(which later I found out had to be applied only on the active pimples) which resulted in darkening of my skin. Should do justice to the service that you're offering. Very disappointed, would never recommend this doctor to anyone else.

Me consult Mr. DR SONY VARKEY to be honest treatment is good and i recovered soon from my skin problem . Thank you doctor, and before i consult so many doctors but no use , Here i get an expert doctor he find it well and now me 80% recovered with in 2 month next sitting i get fully recovered.

Doctor fees 600 is unaffordable.i paid rs.1200 fee in two months for same treatment.

Eventhough you have wait quite a long period to get an appointment of Dr. Sonny Varkey, treatment is really effective.
