Visited palarivattom Tanishque twice. Beautiful collection and good ambience.very courteous staff. Not much delay in billing and other process. Akhila and juhi attended in my twin visits. Both r so good in showing things which suits our taste and need. And they have a pleasing behaviour also.. In the golden harvest scheme v can withdraw our amt at any time I found it attractive and joined the scheme. They are keeping all covid protocol so v can go there without any fear.

I am Mrs.Mevis who purchased a platinum chain recently from Padivattom Tanishq branch, near oberon mall, cochin. After sales, response was very poor from this branch. ( sales person and store manager were showing negligence ) I have visited the Padivattom tanishq store, and placed an order to purchase a chain on november second week. I have paid 70% product charge on same day (nov 20th 2022), and i was waiting for my product. From manufacturing unit, i got a message by stating, my product is ready. So i have contacted sales team, Padivattom tanishq branch, they were unaware about it. I have told them that, i will make remaining payment on 5th December, so that, i can get the product, once it reach in this branch.. They said, they doesn't know the product rate. Only once the product reaches the store, then they only can know.. I said ok.. On 7th they called and told, product reached. i have visited same day, I saw the product.Transferred remaining amount (30%) through cheque. and waited till 9th. Once i got confirmation from my bank (1 PM on 9th december 2022)that money got debited from my account, i have contacted sales team. they told, they will check and tell. They didnt check. sales person said, he had another customer. so he didnt check. The problem started from that moment. I have waited till evening 6 pm.. no response from their end.. When ever i have tried to call.. they were showing their face, like they are helpless.. They were saying their bank billing team didnt approved my transaction, so they cant deliver the product. I have tried to contact my bank , they given debitted amount statement. I have called tanishq bank. they told to ask bank statement to tanishq padivattom store. As thier payment got reflected. i have asked. but they didn't given.. I have requested them to show me the bank statement from Tanishq corporate account regarding my payment reflection, if they are genuinely saying this.. As i got suggestion from their bank team, i have asked padivattom store . They didnt give statement to me. i didnt get the product on that day (9th december). They are not paying any value to their customer, after sales. No one takes, responsibility also. .. I have failed to get it on 9th november . I have waited on Saturday, and called them. they have told, second Saturday, their billing team will not work. Store manager has said, they are corporate, they have some rules and regulations, so they cant give my product. ) asked me to wait till Monday on call. Monday, no one called me.. monday evening, i have contacted tanishq main branch chat support team.. So chat person told, they wll arrange a call back form store.. And from padivattom store one person called and told, he is calling from Bombay and started laughing. I dont understand, how come a branch sales team can play with customers product and money.. and he also added one point that, i am not going to get product on Tuesday also. wait till Wednesday !!. How come a sales team go this much rude. All these days, i have tried to contact them through chat support and watsapp support and call support. But they didn't give product for 5 days. On Tuesday afternoon, i got an update. and i collected the product from store. When i visited the store, they have made me to wait 1 hr, to show their power. As i value my money and product i sit idle and waited. I was alone. Very negative response from their team i have seen. I will never waste my time, here after with this padivattom tanishq store.

They were never pushy with their sales and respected my choice and gave their inputs when I needed them. The store itself is clean and well maintained. They follow a very high standard of COVID protocol.

It was my first visit and my first buy at Tanishq and the place does not disappoint. At first it looked like the place did not much of a collection but then they just brought out more and more. It had almost all the pieces we looked at online and we ended up buying two rather than one. Designs are awesome. The staff was very knowledgeable and did not push too much. It been a wonderful experience. It's a hidden jem, pardon the pun. We went on a Sunday so parking was not a problem but there is not that much space for parking so would suggest you go out of peak hours. But you can find parking if required. A valet would be a better option. Overall it looks like a small place but inside it's much bigger. They seem to have focused more on diamonds which I did not check the collection. But they have informed anything online they can pre-order and custom make as well depending on you choice. There is no goldsmith at site so that's a miss. Something I forgot to add is the fact that even though there is no discount they ended up giving a small discount just because i asked. I mean that was unexpected and make the overall experience a better one for it. Thank you Tanishq. 👍👍👍

Have been a Tanishq customer for years cause of the trust towards Tata brand. I went there to make some purchase and collect a product given for repair under warranty. They charged service fee for repairing the product which was under warranty (bangle with lock type got broken within an year) They didn’t knew that I was there for new product purchase too. Before paying, I asked them why there is a charge and the response was additional gold was used, the invoice was printed after the payment and that said labour charge. The Manager sensed the mistake but i felt he was powerless or didn’t care much as it was already paid. there isn’t proper service once it’s bought I would say, stay away, try local alternatives with better service

The warmth that you generally receive in any main jewellery store in Kerala is missing here totally. No tea/coffee was offered while we were there for the purchase. Billing took a loong loong time to complete. Very very limited collection if you are looking for any gold ear rings or bangles for rough/daily use. Unsure about their collections for weddings and occasions. Hence rating 3. Else would have rated 2.

Intricate jewellery designs. However if you are someone who wishes to buy jewellery and then sell it back to Tanishq, the deduction percentage is a little higher as compared to Malabar Gold and Diamonds. Staff is friendly.

Tanishq the brand and the line of boutiques have a good protocol, sense of security, purity in fine jewellery and style. Though im quite a loyal customer of tanishq for over 20 yrs... i have never seen a more lazy bunch of people than the sales people and the branch manager here.. i have mostly purchased from mumbai, where they are more forthcoming about the offers in general and whats applicable for our purchase at the same time any good deal in terms of exchange. But in this store i was quite disappointed as they either hide or dont update themselves with the latest offers, conveniently say that theres no such thing despite persistant efforts by me ( i showed my whatsapp conversation with mumbai store salesperson). Ego takes precedence. Even in terms of exchange or the designs that are available with the store... attitude is quite laidback. Tanishq though has an online purchase facility, the entire catalogue is not available offline or online. The variety of designs vary with each branch. Though the policies are quite convenient and fair, we know as we have been a loyal customer, the store and salespeople's demeanour as well as the passion matters. This is the worst branch by far encountered by me. And i made the mistake of purchasing from here due to unfortunate circumstances of not being able to reach mumbai. On the whole u cant compare tanishq (brand loyalty stays) with other stores here, since their sense of style is either uber modern or pure traditional.

The showroom is very good in terms of arrangement inside and cleanliness. The staffs behave in a respectful manner and large varieties are also there. Customers are also treated very respectfully. Terrible customer service experience, not just once but twice. Billing and figuring out the product details of a recently purchased piece of jewelry took more than 2 hours. Staff was unable to figure things out till a concern was raised after which also the billing was further delayed by 30 mins. Never buying anything from Tanishq ever again, was forced to this time as it was a diamond jewellery exchange which couldn't be done anyplace else.
