Mrs.Mevis
who
purchased
a
platinum
chain
recently
from
Padivattom
Tanishq
branch,
near
oberon
mall,
cochin.
After
sales,
response
was
very
poor
from
this
branch.
(
sales
person
and
store
manager
were
showing
negligence
)
I
have
visited
the
Padivattom
tanishq
store,
and
placed
an
order
to
purchase
a
chain
on
november
second
week.
I
have
paid
70%
product
charge
on
same
day
(nov
20th
2022),
and
i
was
waiting
for
my
product.
From
manufacturing
unit,
i
got
a
message
by
stating,
my
product
is
ready.
So
i
have
contacted
sales
team,
Padivattom
tanishq
branch,
they
were
unaware
about
it.
I
have
told
them
that,
i
will
make
remaining
payment
on
5th
December,
so
that,
i
can
get
the
product,
once
it
reach
in
this
branch..
They
said,
they
doesn't
know
the
product
rate.
Only
once
the
product
reaches
the
store,
then
they
only
can
know..
I
said
ok..
On
7th
they
called
and
told,
product
reached.
i
have
visited
same
day,
I
saw
the
product.Transferred
remaining
amount
(30%)
through
cheque.
and
waited
till
9th.
Once
i
got
confirmation
from
my
bank
(1
PM
on
9th
december
2022)that
money
got
debited
from
my
account,
i
have
contacted
sales
team.
they
told,
they
will
check
and
tell.
They
didnt
check.
sales
person
said,
he
had
another
customer.
so
he
didnt
check.
The
problem
started
from
that
moment.
I
have
waited
till
evening
6
pm..
no
response
from
their
end..
When
ever
i
have
tried
to
call..
they
were
showing
their
face,
like
they
are
helpless..
They
were
saying
their
bank
billing
team
didnt
approved
my
transaction,
so
they
cant
deliver
the
product.
I
have
tried
to
contact
my
bank
,
they
given
debitted
amount
statement.
I
have
called
tanishq
bank.
they
told
to
ask
bank
statement
to
tanishq
padivattom
store.
As
thier
payment
got
reflected.
i
have
asked.
but
they
didn't
given..
I
have
requested
them
to
show
me
the
bank
statement
from
Tanishq
corporate
account
regarding
my
payment
reflection,
if
they
are
genuinely
saying
this..
As
i
got
suggestion
from
their
bank
team,
i
have
asked
padivattom
store
.
They
didnt
give
statement
to
me.
i
didnt
get
the
product
on
that
day
(9th
december).
They
are
not
paying
any
value
to
their
customer,
after
sales.
No
one
takes,
responsibility
also.
..
I
have
failed
to
get
it
on
9th
november
.
I
have
waited
on
Saturday,
and
called
them.
they
have
told,
second
Saturday,
their
billing
team
will
not
work.
Store
manager
has
said,
they
are
corporate,
they
have
some
rules
and
regulations,
so
they
cant
give
my
product.

me
to
wait
till
Monday
on
call.
Monday,
no
one
called
me..
monday
evening,
i
have
contacted
tanishq
main
branch
chat
support
team..
So
chat
person
told,
they
wll
arrange
a
call
back
form
store..
And
from
padivattom
store
one
person
called
and
told,
he
is
calling
from
Bombay
and
started
laughing.
I
dont
understand,
how
come
a
branch
sales
team
can
play
with
customers
product
and
money..
and
he
also
added
one
point
that,
i
am
not
going
to
get
product
on
Tuesday
also.
wait
till
Wednesday
!!.
How
come
a
sales
team
go
this
much
rude.
All
these
days,
i
have
tried
to
contact
them
through
chat
support
and
watsapp
support
and
call
support.
But
they
didn't
give
product
for
5
days.
On
Tuesday
afternoon,
i
got
an
update.
and
i
collected
the
product
from
store.
When
i
visited
the
store,
they
have
made
me
to
wait
1
hr,
to
show
their
power.
As
i
value
my
money
and
product
i
sit
idle
and
waited.
I
was
alone.
Very
negative
response
from
their
team
i
have
seen.
I
will
never
waste
my
time,
here
after
with
this
padivattom
tanishq
store.
