Well known place in Cherkasy. But man.. The worst service i got for years. Don't visit. Go to Kiev district. There's much more places for same price, but with much-much better service.

Fraudulent booking activity. Was told that rooms were all booked and they couldn't find my reservations when my friend called to ask questions about our upcoming stay. They refused to answer the phone when Hotels.com called them. They continue to show availability for our days on several websites, including their own. They were obviously going to avoid talking with Hotels.com so they could claim a no show and charge us anyways. There's no other explanation for so many ignored inquiries and how rude they were to my friend. It's too bad, as she used to love this place. Hopefully I can save someone from grief trying to book through a travel broker.

Amazing place with swimming pool inside and outside. The outside restaurant can be better ! But overall I would recommend this place deffently

The restaurant and the pool are nice but the beach is very shallow and small

Great place, very comfortable room, clean. Beautifull territory, with pool bar and restaurant. Food was tasty. But please, do something to improve the service : order a beer or a plate and wait 30 minutes (every time) it's not possible. Anyway we Will comeback:)

The food was good service was nonexistent, the shuttle driver is dangerous. If you order wine by the glass ask how long the bottle a has been open.

Looking good, great pool, great views. but still a few things that let you down. And the food needs some work.
