This museum is sooooo worth seeing and explains Ukrainian history with incredible documents!!! It should be advertised a lot more in the city to make all visitors aware of it.

When I come to a city for the first time, I always try to get into the local history museum to get acquainted with local historical and cultural traditions and history.

A beautiful and interesting place. Collected exhibits from different time periods, natural, geological and historical. I would like to visit here again with a guided tour.

I really liked the museum, there are many halls with various exhibits to see, the modern war hall is interestingly decorated, the friendly staff will answer various questions, I recommend visiting this institution.

The reference says that the museum is open until 6 p.m. We arrived at 5:15 p.m., but failed to evaluate the museum, as they said at the entrance: the ticket office is open until 5:00 p.m. Some kind of delusion. This was not indicated anywhere. Thanks for spoiling the mood👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Although the museum is officially open until 6:00 p.m., at 4:20 p.m. we were told to round up, and the same employee followed us all the time and pushed us to finish the tour by 5:00 p.m., explaining that by 6:00 p.m. all employees have to leave the building, check the alarms, etc., and we only have time until five o'clock. Nowhere else in any museum have I met such audacity, that employees decided to shorten the working day by an hour for themselves. Therefore, take this into account when planning your visit.

I was there 3 years ago. Nice museum with a lot of that time staff but lack of visual information as presentation, movies on big displays.

Worth to visit. 3 floors of expositions. Reserve 2-3 hours for it. It's also possible to order an excursion.

Great museum! Very reasonable prices. Many different sections, from mostly complete mammoth skeleton to historic artifacts, Chernobyl, ATO conflict, WW2 and many other cool historical exhibits related to Cherkassy region. A definite must to visit!
