Тихий ужас. Я понимаю, что номер за 400 грн это явно не люкс, но блеать. Открываю дверь в номер, меня встречает задорный таракан на постели, если это можно назвать постелью. За которой, кстати паутина с виду ещё с нулевых годов. Закрашенные подтёки и плесень на стенах, сгнившая доска в сан узел из которой щепки торчат, обвалившаяся шалевка под которой плесень и грибок. Это не просто фиговый номер без ремонта, это надо закрывать лавочку, и вызывать санстанцию

There was no hot water in the room (this was warned about in advance) and the water disappeared altogether. In general, it’s quiet, clean, but without water and with an incomprehensible payment system... we definitely wouldn’t stay at this hotel a second time.

Unfortunately, there are more cons than pros. Families and single travelers will not be able to relax here - the hotel welcomes local residents who decide to relax and have fun with a sauna, disco and beer. The audibility is excellent! Until two o'clock in the morning I listened to the clarification of the relationship of the young couple in the next room, and even wanted to give advice. I would also note that there are serious problems with cleaning the rooms, and it’s time to update the furniture. + searched for 20 minutes for an outlet, which turned out to be under the ceiling above the TV (?) It was funny, but I won't come here again :) On the plus side, there is a well-equipped seating area and a bar.

Well, this is just the bottom, comrades. We haven't lived like this yet. We booked a room with soundproofing! This was the main thing in choosing a room. To say that there is no sound insulation in this place at all is to say nothing; when someone opened the next room, the walls in our room shook! Exactly the same effect when someone went down the stairs. Half the night in the room it was like being in a nightclub, music, screams. There was utter dirt everywhere, clumps of cobwebs with dust hung over my head, in the bed it was like on the beach, a ton of sand and some stones. The bed is covered in dust, the wallpaper is black with dirt. And most importantly, a shower 🚿. Well, I've never seen anything like this before. You can take it if you are a very brave person, and then sitting on the toilet, which, by the way, has a broken flush. The faucet in the sink is broken and hanging on the washbasin. The stench, dirt, and at the same time there are no windows, in the “after renovation” rooms there was a small window instead of a window, in the large one there was a balcony, the door to which was closed, that is, there was no window at all, there was nothing to breathe. Service - we asked for another blanket, because the room had one and a half beds, we were told no! In general, people, don’t settle here under any circumstances! Respect yourself. I want to forget this vacation like a bad dream.

The place has been in need of renovation for a very long time, everything is worn out and falling off. There are torn hoses in the showers. To wait for hot water, you need to drain the water for half an hour. And the toilets are located right in the shower. There are torn tiles on the floor in the room - you could injure your leg. The beds are hard with almost no mattress. Upon arrival they charge 50 UAH. deposit, and supposedly must be returned upon departure. We were not refunded under the pretext that we allegedly smoked in the room, although neither I nor my companion smoke at all. It is clear that we did not argue over 50 UAH. They smiled and left. We don’t plan to return. For this money in Cherkassy you can find accommodation for the night at a higher level.

Let's start with the bar. He's good here. You can drink a branded liqueur, beer (the range of beer is small), and play billiards, a console, watch a match of the Ukrainian national team, etc. The design of the room is not bad, I recommend the bar. You can smoke hookah, but as soon as I haven't gone to a bar lately, I never have. Toilets are the problem of the establishment. The men's toilet is dirty, covered in urine, but that's the fault of more visitors. Often the visitors are cattle, unpleasant, but tolerable. The rooms are not worth the money. Dirty, oak mattresses, shabby furniture. You can’t spend the night here, I don’t recommend the hotel to anyone. There is a car wash where you can wash your car. I haven't used this service - I can't say anything. Conclusion - the bar is cool, the hotel is an incomprehensible hangout. By the way, girls often used to appear near the hotel (at night) looking like... You understand who. Previously, I often saw such people when I walked down the street, but now I don’t see them.

К персоналу эти 3 звезды не относятся, им все 5звёзд. Приветливые ,к просьбам и желаниям посетителей относятся с должным вниманием,вообщем молодцы. А к номерам есть претензии, окна нет,душно как в парилке,в душевых нет резинового коврика, но основная проблема отсутствие свежего воздуха. Пожалуйста обратите на это внимание

This place is really disappointing. Quite far away from the city centre, if you have issues with small places or claustrophobia no recommended at all, the rooms don't have natural light and freezing, it is like to be in a cavern "dark and freezing cold". They don't speak English so don't bother, apparently, they are attenting to make the place better, by having the main hall (which take you to the hotel rooms) in construction and they start working with a nice loud noise of a drill just at 8:30, that is what I call a personalized alarm. Moreover, the room was dusty and toilet was really smelly like was not clean a while ago. Sadly won't come again ever

We made a reservation for a Standard room. When we arrived, it turned out that our reservation had “gone somewhere”. Nobody knows anything. All that's left is the expensive Standard+ number. We did not hear any apology from the administrator. There were no alternative proposals either. The most expensive room turned out to be with summer water, with cold walls (they provided a heater), without a TV remote control, with a dirty carpet on the floor... the audibility through the walls is simply incredible. I can tell you a lot of other bad things, but it’s of little use. If the most expensive room with such conditions, then what are the cheaper rooms...? Dear hotel administration, please take measures to improve the living conditions of your guests. Train staff in basic rules for treating guests. And we will recommend you.
