Conducted. The room is clean. I was amazed by the number of gel air fresheners. I really liked the large floor-to-ceiling window and the presence of a kitchenette with a microwave, kettle and dishes. What I didn’t like: cobwebs in the room near the ceiling and not a large bath towel (the latter is rather my wish). There is hot water. The room is cozy. You can leave your car near the hotel - the yard is closed. Bottom line: good impression. I'll be back again

Great hotel in the city center! Cozy, comfortable, quiet, warm, clean, soft. The room has everything you need, kitchenette, TV, excellent bathroom. The room is bright and well maintained. We were surprised by the beautiful green flowers throughout the hotel. There is a hairdryer, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, all dishes, toiletries. In October there is already good heating. Thank you for your hospitality! We will recommend you!

An excellent private hotel with reasonable prices and large rooms. In addition to the bathroom, the room has a double bed and a sofa that can be expanded for a third person, and a kitchenette (without a gas stove). The room is clean, the bathroom too. The air conditioner copes with the cold. Wi-Fi, satellite TV, parking, pleasant staff - everything is there!!! The only negative is there is no breakfast! Overall, I recommend staying. PS: if you are with a child, and your room is on the 2nd or 3rd floor, beware of a full-height plastic window (the doors open)

The photos on the website correspond, there is a large room, the kitchen is also not small, a shower and toilet, as well as a glazed balcony. everywhere is clean and tidy. The kitchen has everything you need: a refrigerator, a microwave, a gas stove, an electric kettle and even dishes. There is satellite TV and adequate WIFI. The staff is responsive and good-natured. The location of the hotel is also convenient. Shevchenko Boulevard is the central street of the city. The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes away, there is good coffee there and we also saw a pizza sign there. If anyone needs it, there is a public transport stop there.

Since access to the courtyard where the hotel is located is limited (the gate is closed), I recommend calling the administration by phone (you get the number when ordering). The staff is very friendly. The price is adequate. Accommodation in a good place (1 km to the beach). I recommend!

Big city, with many soviet buildings and a lot of trees. Streets unfortunately are full of holes and public transport is old, but all here is cheap for European standards. Further in the night streets are weakly lightened
