Цей «чудовий»готель і його власник Віталій залишили 3 дівчат зі Львова на вулиці Історія така : Ми завдовго до приїзду в Черкаси забрьонювали апартаменти в пана Віталія і коли ми приїхали нам сказали під‘їхати в готель «Черкаси» за ключем .На рецепшені нам сказали ,що нас не заселять в заброньовану нами квартиру так ,як вона заселена .Як виявилось люди ,які там проживали продовжили своє проживання ще на 4 доби .Нас про це звісно ж ніхто не попередив і не збирався поперджати .Без нашого відома нас хотіли поселити в іншу квартиру ,яка нам не підходила по локації .Ми обурились на цю ситуацію ,перед нами навіть ніхто не вибачився і в результаті через наше обурення і незадоволення нас відмовились поселяти на всіх квартирах пана Віталія і в готелі .Коли ми почали шукати оголошення про подобову оренду квартири то всюди був один і той ж самий номер Віталія ,де нам відмовляли .Коли дзвонили наші хлопці ,щоб забрьонювати апартаменти і готель ,то адміністратор говорила в трубку «якщо ви бронюєте для дівчат зі Львова то можете їм передати ,що ми їх не заселимо»!!!!!!!!!!!ви живете в 90-х ?

Very nice staff. We took two rooms - a triple and a family. The rooms are clean, good bed. There is coffee and drinks at the reception. Convenient location, normal prices. There are some drawbacks: the elevator does not work, and it is not very convenient to get to the third floor with bags. There are not enough bedside tables and hooks in the bathroom for removing clothes.

One floor of rooms stretched along long corridors to the right and left of the entrance is all that remains of the once large Central Hotel. Very clean rooms!!! There is a minimum hotel kit, disposable slippers, soap, shampoo. The rooms have air conditioning and a refrigerator. For not a lot of money you can have a nice stay for the night.

If you arrive after the end of the market, which is around the hotel, there are plenty of parking spaces. If you plan to sleep with the window open in the warm season, be prepared for the noise of the market from around 6 in the morning. There are cosmetics and slippers. Air conditioner and TV are working. The hotel is designed for people traveling on business alone. There is 1 set of towels in the room. But if you ask, everything will be provided without any problems: towels, air conditioner remote control, etc

Доволі нормальний готель. Близько до центру. У номері чисто, білизна пахне свіжістю, ліжко зручне. Для того щоб переночувати, більшого і не потрібно. З мінусів це 1 комплект рушників у двомісному номері і відсутність комнатних тапочок.

I rented a room with a double bed, the windows were not facing the market. Clean, large bed, air conditioning and refrigerator. The only thing is that the third floor has no elevator and no magnetic key to the front door; you constantly have to call the intercom to get it opened. The staff is friendly.

Arrived 9 at night with a booking reservation and the hotel ignored and claimed no room was available. Be aware of this as they are not a professional hotel.

Очень приятный персонал. Брали два номера - трёхместный и семейный. В номерах чисто, хорошая постель. На ресепшене есть кофе, напитки. Удобное расположение, нормальные цены.

There was no kettle, the refrigerator did not work well (they put food in the service refrigerator) and the shower head did not fit into the holder. But the water was hot right away 👍🏻 There is a market nearby. The staff is very friendly. I forgot my earrings in the room - they sent them to me by mail. Thank you very much 🌹🌹🌹

I am very often on business trips, and when I was in Cherkasy, I always stayed at this hotel. Very convenient, in the very center of the city, a stone's throw from the Cherkasy Central Market. But at the end of September, information spread that a Russian missile had hit the hotel. And I thought that there was no hotel, that everything was destroyed. Now, when I came to Cherkasy again and drove by, I saw that the building was partially destroyed, the sign was burning. I called the old number - I was answered. And when I went up to the 3rd floor, I couldn't believe my eyes - THE HOTEL WORKS!!! And the repair is better than it was. The rooms are clean, warm, cozy, beautiful. Everything is available - hot water, shower, TV, refrigerator, Internet. You can buy drinks in the lobby, you can wash your clothes, dry them, iron them, warm them up, the staff is attentive and will give you your favorite dishes. As for the price, I would say that it is not expensive, cheaper than in other hotels.. And as an old customer, they also gave me a discount.. There is also a ruined cafe near the hotel, and an ATM next to it. And I want to say: no matter how hard these Russian bastards try to erase us from the face of the Earth - it will not work! We cannot be destroyed, we will live even better! So it is with the hotel: they wanted it not to exist, but it IS and WILL be, like all of us.
