Alta Croft is a newer luxury apartment complex located in north Charlotte. My family moved from the property and immensely enjoyed our time in this community. They have a beautiful clubhouse equipped with a fitness center, workspaces, and a pool. One thing I liked about the complex was the location. I've lived next to I-485 for the past ten years in Northlake, and this property allowed me to continue easy access to get wherever I need to go in Charlotte in a hurry. The apartments are beautifully designed, and they offer many different floor plans. My favorite layout was the one we chose the Glasgow. Huge and spacious, and our apartment sported 14 feet ceilings. The property being newer, the appliances are all new and top of the line. That's one thing I appreciated about the apartment. Maintenance is excellent and always quick to fix any issue, no matter how minor. The Property Director Nicole is fantastic, easy to communicate with, and always eager to help. The leasing professionals Jade and Joquilla I have worked with during my time here are bright and have tremendous customer service skills. I would definitely recommend this community for anyone's apartment shopping, especially if you want an amazing three-bedroom.

The apartments are well maintained, spacious and in a good location; however I would not recommend. Resident and resident vehicle safety is of no concern to management. Over the last 5 months, we’ve seen many residents vehicles broken into. Cameras don’t cover any of the parking lots - only close proximity to the leasing office. This means you will pay your deductible for broken car windows and other vehicle damage since criminals are not recorded - the police will not have any leads. There are no security gates so anyone can enter the community and buildings. Additionally, management has been unable to deter bad residents from allowing their dogs to defecate and leave the feces on the stairs, elevator and walkway. This is unsightly and unsanitary. I feel for any busy parents whose curious young children may stumble upon the feces.

Very welcoming atmosphere. The assistant manager was very professional and service oriented. Alta has great amenities and the apartments are very roomy w/homie environment. Pet stations to a carport. They are right off interstate 485 in a very nice area. The accommodations are great in the surrounding area. You can even rent the clubhouse for business or recreational use. My tour was great!

I am not a tenant at Alta Croft, but I have been a vendor there for a couple of years. The managers are extremely dedicated to keeping the property at its best. They hold all vendors to a very high standard. The staff is incredibly professional, fair, and organized!

Hello I am a Vendor for Wood Partners(Alta Croft Apartments) and I just love working with every staff member!! Especially Amy Robinson the community director, she is so attentive and helpful when I arrive on property to perform my job. Her and her staff make it a easy transition for me to do what I need to do and get out there!! Although because I am contractor and don't come into alot of direct contact with resident the ones I have encountered have been wonderful. This is a great place to work for and live at!!

I enjoyed my tour with Brodrick at Alta Croft. He was very friendly and knowledgeable of the apartments and the area . The rooms are so spacious and features are so sleek. Definitely love this community

This complex is beautiful, clean and definitely leaves a great impression as a future Charlotte resident. Two weeks ago, I had the pleasure of meeting the assistant manager, Brodrick and receiving a tour of one of their 2 bedroom models and his customer service was PHENOMENAL! He truly sold me on the complex and all of its amenities within 15 minutes (the place sells itself) and aligns with my budget along my non-negotiables. I loved the fact that they had co-working spaces, elevator and the effort they put into creating an inclusive community here. I look forward to joining the Charlotte family in 2024 and staying here to start my journey. Thank you so much for all your help Brodrick!

My experience at Alta Croft has been amazing since my transition to the Carolinas from New York; from amazing appliances/fixtures to incredibly spacious apartments, and extremely affordable there is no better place to live. As a home builder I am glad to happy to say I would not choose any other location to live. Amazing and luxurious amenities as well as great customer service from the Management team especially Property Manager Amy has been a huge help in my new move. I would fully encourage anyone looking to move to Charlotte to consider living at Alta Croft.
