It was very busy as it's Christmas day, but Lisa was almost waiting at the table for drinks. Ordered and was surprised at how fast it came out .Hot and delicious 😋. Merry Christmas to all that worked together to make it happen 😋 😀

The staff was nice and friendly and the food was great. But then I started looking around and was very uncomfortable with what I saw. It was so nasty and disgustingly dirty and filthy it has turned me off from all waffle houses. Photos included.

I ordered the chicken cheese deluxe w/o bacon or onions and double hash browns add onions. The order was wrong there was no onions in the hash browns but sautéed onions on my sandwich…..totally not what I ordered also the hash browns were COLD . The only good thing about this visit was the GREAT customer service provided by my waitress "Becky"!!!!

Fast and friendly service even though they were busy. Food was warm and delicious.

Bacon was undercooked and cold along with the waffle, but the rest of the all star was great. Was a little busy so I get it. Great service.

The Waffle House in Gaffney SC Has been a good place to get a fast hot plate of breakfast. I'm very pleased and will be going back .

Unexpected charges for takeout orders. Service Charge and Togo Fee and was not informed before hand. Only waffle house to charge these charges.

went in and they had a section closed off because they didnt wanna clean their tables off like ma’am if u wanna make money u will clean these tables off and get people in them rude staff never will go here agian

The waitress Chelsea IGNORED me until I finally asked what the deal was. She acknowledged me then started washing a couple of cups and throwing away bits of paper. Still sitting there waiting to place an order at least 10 minutes later when another guy walks in sits close to me and she goes to take HIS order. I spoke up and apologized to the customer that had just walked in and stated I was here long before him and you know it. I’m exhausted and want to place my order. I should have walked out at that point. Even the customer was shaking his head in disbelief. I’ll never eat there again if I see her inside the building. And she was also handling food without washing her hands after clearing a table and chomping on gum. No thanks!

Can’t even review because we showed up to an empty parking lot and was told by the staff which included a cook and servers they were ‘not taking orders at this time’ no reason given just were not doing it. They proceeded to say the restaurant was open but they were not cooking. Again no explanation-no apology. Terrible service
