NEW LOCATION! SAME RADICAL PRACTICES! A place where cash is king! Families are stripped of rights and contact. Fathers all too often are slain and forced to comply with ridiculous demands. Contempt of court only applies to the defendant in the cases involving children. Nothing done here is with the childs best interest. And now they infringe on our constitutional rights by demanding no phones on site. Which means you can no longer hold these monsters accountable for their actions by recording the injustice being done.

These people go out of their way to make you miserable My X has paid every payment on time and he has to go back to court for contempt. These people have no clue what they are doing. Nice to know we pay them for their incompetence Went to the new location. Could not take my phone in. Its hot. All I needed was a certified copy of my divorce papers

The father of my daughter has taken me to this court eight times... that’s right EIGHT! Because he and his parents are financially better off and can afford to take us to court every time I make him or his wife mad. They are able to say whatever they want because they have the attorney and they started the case and I am left to prove my innocence as a parent on a very low income, Medicaid, food stamps, and I’ve only had an attorney 2 outta the 8 times and neither helped me because his attorney Spivey always waits until the last minute to have me served so I am always in a panic to find money for one that I can afford which there is not because I can’t even afford car insurance (the great state is SC took my license for that) so I get bad representation that hasn’t had time to actually fight for me. This last time he and his lawyer told the judge we had a verbal joint agreement and it was a LIE so my daughter was made to go from week to week until she was pushed to suicidal thoughts while being at HIS house so that abruptly ended the custody battle and I of course have her as I always have BUT her father and his wife sold all of her toys, clothes, tv and even her bed. They stopped allowing their children (her sisters) to speak to her at school, they stopped allowing her to stay over night, and he does not do ANY of the visitation. My daughter has to beg and he either uses the pandemic or something else...it’s been over two years and he is just now starting to allow her to sleep over and that is far and in between. Family court is about money like everything else.... this place really does not care about the children it places it cares about the money it gains from them.... we lost everything we had but each other this last time and that’s all that really matters but I know her and I would be better off if they had taken the time to see the truth and listen. What’s worse is the pain and the on-going pain he is allowed to caused her

Terrible system and how they run things. The judge denied my request to get a divorce b/c she told my ex and I to "work it out". Absolutely incompetent and doesn't understand that ppl have a right not to want to be together. It took my ex and I going to another state just go even get a divorce and even the lawyers and judge back in Mass. told us how incompetent the judge was being.

My two daughters are growing up without their dad. Parental alienation is real. Maybe the alienating parent thinks that somehow they are doing what's right, maybe not Maybe it's vindictive or just pure hate I don't know but the lies and manipulation that go hand in hand with this form of child abuse is something most people will never understand, and I hope they never have to. Not impressed. New address is 350 Halton Road Greenville SC. Would have been nice if they put a sign on the door letting people know they moved locations. The new location is very clean, open and has state of the art equipment for Covid. Very nice parking lot with much needed growth. Signs clearly mark the new court house location.

Called them today and sat on hold for over two hours and then their phone system just hung up on me. I had to leave work early to handle legal business with their office and I get hung up on before even speaking with a human being.

Please be advised that the attorney, Debra Murdock Gentry did in fact lie to a Honorable Family Court Judge in Greenvile, SC, by claiming she had a preliminary investigation report in order to obtain a mediation. This attorney did in fact violate criminal and civil laws by being outright dishonest to the Courts. This includes, but is not limited to willful misrepresentation, fraud, deceit, misappropriation, and others as defined by the rules. It is my hopes that this matter be investigated promptly and thoroughly by your office, so that a resolution will be in place not built upon inaccuracies and flagrant misrepresentations of this Great States' Courts and Procedures.

You cannot enter with cell phone. Enter just like at airport: wear mask and have items you bring x-rayed! Staff very professional and polite!

Can y'all please open back up and maybe just let the attorneys in to fight for us. So much valuable time with my son is being wasted because we can't see a judge. All parties but one agree and her opinion doesn't count at this point because I've completed my treatment plan. Please start video courts or something. PLEASE IM BEGGING YOU

People were polite but they do not print the paperwork for contempt for custody like they used to but there is no way to know that until you waste your time going up there.

My child's father owed over 2300. The judge let him walk and not a penny was paid for his son. Walked away not owing a cent.

FYI: They DON'T bother with reading you Miranda rights, and they have a MALE watching both males AND FEMALES on video, EVEN when they're using the facilities.
