My god where do I even start. The hospitality from this establishment is outstanding! They treat customers like family. Claire, Carley, and the other amazing ladies there always make amazing drinks and keep it entertaining at the same time! I go every morning because that is by far the best place in Mooresville to get your morning brew!

Always a positive experience at Clutch 💚 The Clutch Crew always has us leaving with a smile on our face, kids and dogs included!!! I am proud to get my coffee locally from them!

A must-stop location for all daily commutes! Service is always top notch and the crafted drinks far surpass those of any chain. It’s the only coffee place I go to where all the baristas greet me by name and ask how my family is doing, including our dog. 12/10 recommend!

This was my first visit. I really did not have an idea what they had. I ordered a hot Avalanche. Pretty much a white chocolate + vanilla latte. I was hoping it had a bit more flavoring. Was a little disappointed with that. Hopefully, it was just a one-off bad making of it. I will give'em a try again.

Riley is awesome! She’s super friendly and always takes my order with a smile. This morning I had a large order and she made sure everything was correct. Their frozen energy drinks are great on hot summer days. I have been a customer since this location opened and I love supporting this local business!

I had not tried this place until we got a phone call asking if we wanted coffee and two young ladies delivered them to us. Such a sweet treat and the coffee was delicious (I'm also kinda picky w/ my coffee if that tells you anything)! Stopped for a carmel machinations, but frozen. It is quite good. I got it frozen and this is a medium. Tasty. A little pricey but really ... about the current going rate for this or similar. So ya know. Thanks for the good drink and good service.

I love this particular Clutch location. Lilah and Brianna always have a huge smile on their face and they know my drink by heart. Sometimes it's the best part of my day. I absolutely LOVE clutch!!! Their service is always phenomenal and all of their employees are super friendly and talkative which is really great. Most of the time you are stopping for coffee to start your day and it’s so refreshing to be greeted with kindness and someone who genuinely cares instead of someone who is only speaking to you because they are told to. Their coffee is ALWAYS on point. They have a great rewards system if you go often! As a hairstylist in Mooresville at a very busy salon we greatly appreciate those who help us stay caffeinated 💃🏼🤣😬

I’ve been going to this location for a little over a year about four days a week. The girls and guys in there always have a positive attitude. It’s very upbeat. Not only do I get a great cuppa coffee. I get entertained at the same time it’s a great way to start the day.

If you haven’t had clutch coffee, you’re seriously depriving yourself of one of life’s most precious delicacies! On top of having the best coffee, this location has the BEST customer service around. The staff are QUICK, polite, and always helpful to make the most delicious suggestions on what to get if you’re indecisive like me, and the manager is the sweetest ever! Chikfila who? Can’t rave about this place enough! Never thought I’d make the switch from Starbies, but this place has me hooked!

Quick service. They had a person walk to the cars in line to help speed up the ordering process (no speaker box), and took payment as well. Batista at the window was extremely friendly and welcomed us as it was our first time there. Drinks were perfect, and the muffin tops were huge.

Good coffee but not a good option if you don't have 20 minutes to wait & get one. This morning they were 7 cars deep on both sides... no one taking orders ahead of time. After waiting 10 minutes and not getting far I left. Who has 20 minutes to sit there & wait to get a coffee? They need a better system for the morning rush.
