Our home has been serviced by Terminix since we moved in back in March of 1989, Terminix is like family to us now. I know the employees by their first names, they know my house better than me. Terminix will forever be our pest control service.

🚨 WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE🚨 These people they have spraying for them are rude and unprofessional. They half a$$ came and did there job and I still have a bed bug infestation. I called and texted them with proof and they waited to contact me back until my 90 days were up.they will not work with you on a time to come. It's either the time they say or not at all. I would never refer anyone to these people.ive never had a problem with bed bugs before and these people will not help you get rid of them. The receptionist even had the audacity to say ("well why don't you just move") Not everyone has the money to up and move in times like this. I paid $616.00 for them to be rude unprofessional and crase. If I could give them ZERO stars I would. DO NOT EXPECT THRESE PEOPLE TO HELP YOU AT ALL!!!!

The technician, Jonathan, is excellent. He provides great customer service and does a thorough job.

Service is fast/responsive. Prices are about the same as other pest control companies. Charlotte is a joy any time it is needed to call the Aiken office. Highly recommend giving them a shot.

This location could not handle my issue. After multiple emails, various calls for follow ups, and multiple trips out here to investigate to no avail, I ordered from a company called Pestie, which is WAY cheaper and DIY, which handled the issue and these people want to charge an ETF. What a JOKE. This company, and the service they provide, is not worth the money and, simply put, awful.

Each employee that I've talked with has been friendly and knowledgeable. I trust the company. My 70 year old brother played Little League Baseball on the Terminix team in Cayce/West Columbia, SC when he turned 8 years old!

Have used Terminix for many years and have always been satisfied with their service. Those that come out to do the work are always courteous and thorough. When we've experienced problems inside they have responded in a timely and effective manner to resolve the problem. Very satisfied with Terminix.

Explained to me everything that needed to be done and why . I had boring beetles and the information that he explained about them was definitely something that I never knew before. Very knowledgeable and gave me options.

Very disappointed in this company/agency. We recently ended our contract with Terminix because we felt that we weren't getting the service we should've been getting for termite control. I called another pest control agency to do a full inspection in and round the home because I recently found a swarm of live carpenter ants outside the home and dead ones around the water heater inside. I was shown along the back wall by the water heater where they have been active for quite some time. If this company would have done a any interior inspections, they likely would’ve caught this problem and resolved it a long time ago. It seemed to me as if they just showed up to check a portion of the bait stations and left on a yearly bases. I would not recommend this company if they are not doing full annual interior and exterior inspections of the home.

Terminix was quick to respond to an urgent need at one of my short-term rental properties in North Augusta, SC. They worked with our schedule in between guest check-ins to ensure no impact on the next guest. We appreciate the way they accommodated a very tight schedule and turnaround.

I worked for terminix for over a year . I decided to part ways with company and gave then a 2 week notice of me leaving . I was given a payroll sheet saying I would be paid on the 15th of December. The payroll department told me that I wasn't getting paid for the work I put in, I'd like to be paid for the work I did. This is very frustrating. I don't recommend working here unless you like to be undervalued and treated poorly.

we get Terminix service about every 3 months. in the area you need it as it used to be a pasture many years ago and termites are everywhere, along with every bug Noah put on the Ark.

Mike from Terminex out of the Beech Island office is just about the best. He listened and really worked towards helping keep the pests away. He is the best bug man I've ever had!

Our house has been under contract for 30 years with Terminix to perform quarterly pest control service. I have received excellent service for this important preventative measure.

Someone showed up at our door for an annual termite inspection without prior notification. In the past they’ve always asked us prior to scheduling an inspection. The gentleman did not show any identification, except that he was wearing purple work clothing. Very unprofessional of Terminix to schedule an inspection without prior notification. Just to add that I tried calling their office in Clearwater SC , and after an automated message asking me to hold for about 3 minutes I was transferred to their voicemail
