Too much communal feeling overall and religious slant towards certain community .overheard the communication while waiting. doctor and support staff service is bad. my husband had to undergo a surgery in one ear but same scan report was shown elsewhere and they said absolutely surgery not required and was solved without surgery in the other ear and hes perfectly alright under treatment at another ent hospital near Manorama junction. We will never recommend Dr.Noushad again.

Pathetic management. I don't understand the rationale of letting the walk-in (non-emergency) patients consult the doctor while the ones with prior appointment have been waiting for hours past their promised consulting time. Names of the patients are called instead of token numbers making it least transparent process, and the staff at reception are reluctant in giving information on the last token number called. On insisting further to give a timeframe, their solution is to consult another doctor available or wait for another hour and a half! It is unfair to the patients who travelled long distances, avoiding other major commitments, only to consult the expert. However proficient the doctor is, not valuing the time of patients isn't justifiable! Update: It is your reception staff who informed that I will have to wait for another 1.5 hours. I quoted the patients who mentioned casual checkup as non-emergency! As per the information passed onto us by your staff, doctor went for lunch around 4.45pm. I can understand his hectic schedule, my review is based on the shortcomings in management. With all due respect, please get your facts straight.

Staff are not well trained , seems childish , Less focus on jobs, People are Waiting for test, The receptionist and staff are away. Long waiting time even patient are less, My observation is same as other people sumitted review below average. Vaccination Drive is joke for the organisation, I came at 9am for drive No one is on the reception waiting for 10mins called the administration, they ask me to check other reception.

I am very happy, because the next day I went for treatment at Alpha. Many doctors said I had a runny nose, I lost my smell and taste and all the doctors said I would never get it back but Dr. Noushad said it could be cured with treatment. Such an answer was very ❤peaceful to me as a patient. The doctor gave us a good hope and the treatment continues. Now I am very satisfied.

Excellent service , i had lost smell sense & have sinus growth inside both noses, due to that always feel tried , not breathing & not sleeping properly.After surgery all these issues solved . Good management & services , especially staff are well mannered .thanks to dr Nowshad & team

The worst thing we can have is a consultant who'll be doing multi tasking when you are in for a consultation, We prefer those consultants who is having the patience to listen to our issues completely and with an empathetic listening ability. That way I prefer this hospital much. The overall treatment experience so far is so good...

I had a better consulting experience here.My ear infection got worsen after I consulted Dr.Hareesh clinic at Edappally and had no choice but to visit a better Dr, as soon as the treatment was started I could feel the difference.Also the Lady Dr treated me was so nice and understanding.Overall a better experience.Would love if there is a check on Laboratory charges as well.

I came all the way to this Institute for the sole purpose of sorting my ear issue . From the beginning till the end each and every member whom I have been in touch with were really so down to earth. To begin with, I would say all the credit goes to Dr. Noushad Sir for doing such an amazing job. Being such a famous doctor , I haven’t seen an attitude on his face, his respect to each and every patient is same. And he make sure that everyone has been seen and treated appropriately. Also , the Anaesthetic doctor , he is fantastic, even though I was so scared , he spoke to me , diverted my mind and then I really didn’t know anything , just woke up from a deep sleep that’s it. A big thanks to you Sir. To continue with this are the Nurses, they are the pillars of that hospital. I would like to thank all the nurses who were there from the Casualty to Theatre, Recovery and ward. I sincerely apologize for not mentioning any name , it’s just because I am really bad in remembering your names. I was really mesmerised the way you guys do your job even during the busiest time. Being a Nurse myself , I can understand how hard it is to keep up with everything at the same time . Hats off to all the Nurses. Lastly, but they are not the least, would like to thank all the PROs for being there to guide us throughout this . The hospital has all facilities, and the doctors are well-experienced with a good attitude towards the patients. The staff's behavior was appreciated.
