What an amazing set of people from the dentist to the front office staff. Brandon who helps me with scheduled appointments to come together because I'm 4 and a half hours away. Christina and Melissa at the front desk helping with all my questions and Cindy who made my deep clean so comfortable. Thank you all

My first visit. Everyone was so nice. I felt very comfortable. They all seemed to love their jobs. You don't find that often these days. It was extremely refreshing to see! Looking forward to returning.

We took our son here for a root canal. We arrived early and only waited 2 minutes To be seen. Everyone was so nice and they were quick and efficient on getting what my son needed done with no pain. It was definitely worth the drive to take him to this dentist.

I think I have finally found a dentist for me. I was so happy when I walked out to know that I actually have a smile for Christmas. Everyone is so friendly and caring there. Make the call, you won't be disappointed!!

Initially I had only positive things to say. The staff is friendly, short wait times, etc. I received a new crown (my first & only) in Dec 2022. Eight months later I moved back to my hometown and my dentist that I have seen for 15 years, prior to my move to VA, just told me at my recent appt, that unfortunately, the crown was not formed (?) up properly, thus, causing decay to get in, He feels absolutely awful for me. I was even able to decipher this on the Xrays. Unfortunately, Reform has refused any accountability and has not offered to make this right. They will only fix it if it cracks or breaks, apparently not if they did it incorrectly and defeated the whole purpose of the crown. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Update--I was contacted by the office today and they went above and beyond in making this right. The gentleman I spoke to was very kind and gracious about the situation. I am very impressed in the speed with which they responded. I was frustrated in my original review for obvious reasons, but I am very pleased at the final outcome and how it was handled. And in a very expeditious manner.
