    I went there today and was so excited to get such a great deal on prestige makeup. I work in cosmetics and have been working for 5 years. I bought a concealer and checked it to find that it has been used. On the receipt, it says it can be exchanged if the merchandise is defective. I consider used makeup defective. I went back to get it exchanged and the lady tells me I have to wait for the store manager in order to exchange it. I don’t understand how you are running a store by yourself and don’t have the authority to handle a customer issue. I work and don’t have time to come back and I don’t feel like I should have to in order to just get an unused concealer. This is extremely frustrating and quite frankly annoying for a store to be run in this way.

    My Favorite!! I really love this store. I can find everything what I want easily. Customer service is wonderful especially Shamsa. She is so kind and professional. She is like a rock star. Thank you

    Worst cosmetic company store in this area, avoid it! The store lie about the promotion and doesn’t want customer to use promotion at all! The manager fooled customer by eating their own word( the manager denied her commitment in 48 hours)! Just don’t waste your time shopping here. Go to the same store at Leesburg or National Harbor, they provide much much better customer service and will help customer use as many promotions as possible!

    I would like to acknowledge Amanda for her excellent and exceptional customer service. She went above and beyond the call of duty. I placed an order and there were major shipping and handling delays. I initially ordered Mac lipstick pink plaid which I learned from my local store that lipstick has been discontinued since last year. So I contacted this location which was the only location in the nation that had this lipstick and they only had one remaining. The hunt was on. However, through all of the delays, the setbacks and even some of the frustrations, Amanda made sure that she was in constant communication with me whenever I contacted her she responded to my calls in a timely manner. She was completely transparent and she really led with her heart, with her intelligent, and with the customer first in mind. She made sure that I received my products and she went above and beyond to satisfy me as a customer. I am thoroughly enthused and grateful for my products that arrived and I just would like to thank her for her customer service, humanity, her professionalism, and her leadership. Thank you Amanda for going above and beyond the call of duty by leading with excellence. You are an exceptional human being. I am a loyal customer 💜😘

    This place is a hit or miss which I guess is expected for an outlet store. The aggravation is Sometimes this store is not open even though the mall is. So I called to make sure so that I didn’t make a blank trip. No one answered. I called Mall management to confirm if the store was still in business, and I was told it was. I took my chances and drove to the store. When I arrive, there was one employee working in the store was completely empty. I asked the employee why is it that the store is often closed when the mall is open and why does no one ever answer the phone. She said it was because the store at one point only had one employee but now they’re up to three. I guess I’m just happy that this trip to the store given that it is 35 minutes from my home had what I was looking for. There’s been several times where I made the same trip and either the store was closed or they did not have what I was looking for.

    I was in here browsing and the associate Anasia was on her phone and wouldn’t even look at me when I asked her a question or answer with words. She just nodded in my direction. A couple came in to exchange something who weren’t fluent in English and she immediately started to talk down to them and argue with them in a horrible manner for minutes because the husband said he just wanted the exchange and none of the back and forth with her (which she went on with for almost 5 minutes) I almost put my stuff down and left because of how aggressive and angry she was. I told her she could finish helping the couple so I wasn’t rushed to checkout and she said “No you can’t wait I have places to be”. Then she yelled at her coworker to shut the gate 30 minutes before closing so she could continue texting in peace. I have been going to this location for 3-4 years and have had extremely pleasant interactions with the employees except for this experience.

    Went in looking for matte lipstick and the manager who worked there named Anasia was just not in the attitude to assist or help. Evertime I asked a question she rolled her eyes and asked me to do it myself pretty much. Walked out without finding what I went in to find.

    Staff was unfriendly and not helpful. She over charged me. Gave me the wrong product. But because I was traveling I didn't notice until I got home and unpacked.
