I have NEVER had a bad experience with Burch Dental. The front desk and finance team are pleasant and accommodating. I went in for a cleaning and Andi was a rock star. She always is! Considerate, thorough, and informative. I especially appreciate that they always make recommendations, but never pressure the up-sell. With that said, I’ve never regretted any of the services they’ve recommended!

My 7 year old just had a traumatic experience at another pediatric dental office and I was not sure how she was going to do coming back to get her cleaning. Everyone treated her so well and she had no issues. Everyone in the office is so pleasant and I definitely appreciate having you guys taking care of all my kids for a long time. Definitely not going anywhere else!

My family was in need of a new dentist after our former dentist retired. After doing some research and reaching out to some people for recommendations, we decided to try Burch Dental. My 2 daughters (ages 9 & 12) and myself had our first cleaning/exam yesterday. The staff was very welcoming, efficient and the office was very clean and well kept. The team was efficient and on time with our scheduled appointments. We were very happy with our choice and plan to continue our dental care needs with Burch Dental.

Dr. Zimmer did a fabulous job giving me confidence back again. I had an extensive list of work and was very nervous after years of avoiding the dentist. He broke down treatment into affordable steps and worked with me to complete the job. I couldn’t be happier with my renewed look! Dr. Zimmer did a great job! Thank you!

Had a tooth extraction I was very nervous. The dentist did an amazing job with the novocaine. No spillage onto my tongue, I hate that numbing feeling when it drips down my throat. He only numbed up what was necessary and it didn’t last too long either. Very happy.

I’ll never go anywhere else. Dr. Zimmer and his whole staff are a godsend for anyone with anxiety around dentists and he works AMAZING with kids. I walk into his office knowing that my kids and myself are safe and well cared for in his chair and I love that my kids are building a healthy relationship with dental visits and oral hygiene.

From Laura at the front desk calling me prior to my scheduled appt to accommodate me, welcoming me and being so pleasant at my 1st visit, and Bria answering and encouraging all my questions along with her thoroughness. Every interaction with Burch Dental staff was positive.

Such a great office with friendly kind staff. The dentist is honest and kind. He does such a great job with me and my kids, they also sit extremely well for the dentist. I've been to several dentists in Rockford trying to find "the one" and once I found this place I never turned back and I transferred my kids here right away with me. Highly recommend!
