The best villa for the tourists who are travelling to Alleppey. It is near to Marari beach (which is better than Alleppey beach). The owner of the villa and his family will provide good hospitality and support for your trip. If you don't know the visiting places nearby like back waters, shikari boat etc, the owner will guide you. We can blindly trust him. He is such a good person. For non-malayalies, also communication is not a problem if you stay at this villa. You can simply communicate in English. The break fast is tasty and healthy.

The Marari Beach Villas Guesthaus is a famous place. Very close to the beach. Everyone of the Raju Eresseril Family is so very kind and helpful. Raju's wife is a excellent chef. I was here already 4 times and will be back this November

Really nice place. Good service, friendly and kind. Breakfasts were awesome. The room is perfect and with views to the beach. You can also have lunch or dinner in the place or even rent a scooter (350rp) and a hammock (200rp per day).

Amazing relaxing place with friendly owners that will do anything for you. Homely feeling. Everything was very clean and spacious. Even have a fan outside on the shared balcony which is nice when it is hot during the day. The food is just out of this world. Veg and non veg dinner option available for a very decent price. As a vegetarian I always ate very similar dishes in Indian restaurants. The veg food they prepared fresh every day was so good and different than I ate before. Every night was different too. Same for breakfast every morning was a different very big breakfast. Stayed a lot longer in marari than expected because of this spot

Marari is a beautiful small, beautiful and relatively empty place to vacation by the beach. We had stayed in Marari Beach Villas for a night, this homestay is neat and clean, has air conditoned rooms, has hammocks in their garden to relax and it is situated at a walking distance from the beach, though it does not offer a beach view. Our stay here was pleasant, our major problem was the lack of information. We had booked online through Agoda, but there was no one at the front desk to help us find our room or tell us about food places. There are hardly any options for dinner as the homestay itself doesn't offer any dinner services. It is a particularly difficult place for vegetarians. We met the host the next day while checking out and he was really nice to talk to. This place also offer ayurvedic treatments/ spa, which we did not try. They offer breakfast in the morning which ranged from fruits, appam, bread butter, pineapple juice (a must try) and coffee and eggs on request. All in all it is a pleasant place to stay overnight or longer if you are intend to enjoy the beach or spas.

I loved this villa. Very neat property. Cleanliness is one of the best things about this villa. Beach is very close . May be 200 mtr. Breakfast was very tasty. However, for vegetarians, lunch and dinner would be a problem. They don't provide lunch and dinner. Veg restaurant is 3 to 4 km away. If you have a vehicle with you, then it won't be a problem. I would definitely like to visit this property again.

We spent one night during Christmas eve. The ambience was brilliant. The property is spacious and well decorated. The host and his family members made us feel homely. The rooms have basic amenities. There are beautiful Gardens in the property. The food was home made and excellent. Highly recommended.

There are few things still it needs to taken care for the 3k budget . 1)Rooms smells odd . 2)Parking facilities not there . 3)Should arrange good NV foods available nearby . 4)Water logging in the path way 5) Breakfast should be kerala authentic food . For Family/KIDS stay ,it is not recommended .

1. I would like to give 5 star for the location. 2. Good stay with spacious rooms. Clean and courteous staff. It's homestay but there was no food option when we stayed. Place is very calm and quiet. At a walkable distance from one of the most beautiful beaches I have seen until now. Marari beach..huge beach, clean, less crowded, beautiful sunset, beautiful view what more to ask for.

We stayed here for 3 days. This is just next to beach. The rooms are comfortable and outside is green with coconut trees. This is maintained by a family and they are very nice people. Breakfast served every day with few varieties of south Indian and continental. Overall the experience is very satisfactory and our group of 15 people enjoyed tge stay. The price is a bit higher side but worth of it.

Location is good. The owner is very helpful and friendly. Not worth for prices. INR 6k/ night Very bad service, Not proper hot water, drinking water, no toiletries, breakfast is very common not good. Nonveg option was not available. Also the referred shikara ride boating experience is very pathetic and useless. No daily room cleaning and fresh towels provided. No room TV available.

The Villa is very beautiful and well maintained. This place is near some 100 to 200 meter away from beach. Very nice and calm beach and worth visiting instead of visiting some crowded place. We stayed there 2 days. First day evening we visited beach and spent enough time in the beach. Next day morning we went to allepey boat for 3 hours and again returned to room. Evening again visited the beach. Every day morning fisherman goes for catching fish in a small boat and if we visit around 6:30 AM to 7 AM, we can see them and experience it. Good place to do list if you are going to Kochi.

The owner is very welcoming and his whole family is very helpful, it has beautiful rooftop dining area , the beach is less then 100mts (walkable) from the stay, huge property. Though please inform the owner about dinner before 6/7 pm, otherwise you’ll have to Swiggy (deliveries do take place here) or order from a nearby restaurant (the owner gives you the contact info).

The food they provided was good enough. The rooms were also neat and good amenities. But, Definitely not a good choice during rainy times. We had to Wade through dirty water to and fro the place. Their service was also not quite satisfactory, despite us having a booking with them done one month prior. We, as a group of 10 families were expected to have the rooms in a single property as promised by them, which they didn't keep.

The Villas are located close to Alleppey too. So this is a good place to stay even for enjoying the backwaters at Alleppey.
