This resort charges hell lot of money (17k INR for 2 nights) but doesn't look worth to be given any more than 2k/night. It possibly once was a good resort based on Google reviews more than 2 months ago. But currently, it seems to be completely abandoned now and they are just taking all the money by fooling people. We felt sad for the staff who are trying to manage customer. Firstly we found it difficult to find because there are no signboards in the lane. Once we reached the resort, it looked very old and sad place that is not cared for by anyone. Not lit well. The main door lock of the room assigned to us was broken. The balcony was dusty with bird poop when the room was handed over to us. Bathroom tiles were cracked, window was damaged. The resort is not at all maintained. They have a houseboat that is not moving due to technical issue that hasn't been resolved. We cancelled our booking and drove to Alleppey to find another resort. The manager was however very supportive and was committed to get us a refund from the agent.

We had a fantastic time at Leleela after a large family function at the resort we stayed on with some of the family for a couple of extra days. The location was beautiful and the size of the resort was nice and small to make it comfortable for even the smaller kids to roam around freely. We enjoyed the canoeing and hiring the electric bikes to explore a bit of the neighborhood. One night we stayed on the boat which was a nice experience in itself with fantastic views across the backwards. I was also able to continue to work remotely from the hotel using the good internet connection. The whole staff team was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Visited property with friends. Location is a little remote from the main road, ample parking space available in the property. The welcome drink that they give was so refreshing kudos to the chef. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool was clean. They also provide Kayaking and speed boat facility without any additional charges. The only downside was the food. The quality was too less fro the price they are charging. We have to wait for hours to get the dishes. overall an OK experience.

I went on weekdays… Neat & comfortable rooms. The food was ultimate for all the 3 meals. The best part of this resort will be their food & hospitality. Only bad thing was their swimming pool since it had an extreme level of chlorine which is not suitable for childrens & even for some adults…

The ambiance was good, but there's room for improvement in the quality of service. They are currently facing a shortage of manpower. Upon entering the reception, there was no one to welcome us. One staff member mentioned that the rooms were open, and keys were in the door. It seems the service staff might be struggling to manage all tasks efficiently. I hope the management will address this.

We enjoyed our stay in the resort. Food was delicious especially the seafood . It was fresh and the rooms were good. Service also deserves a mention. Ambience also spectacular.

Wonderful experience at Leleela with our entire family. Resort is lovely and perfect for a big group to take all of the rooms if needed. All rooms face Vembanad Lake so views are amazing at all hours of the day. Infinity pool by the edge is the perfect spot to take in the view. They have a huge houseboat with large outside and inside (A/C) space, which is great for a group and a nice day on the backwaters. The staff was so sweet, accommodating, and responsive. The food was also excellent, especially the Kerala style options! Highly recommend the hotel and huge thanks to the Leleela staff and team who made our visit so special!

Enjoyed the stay - the quietness and great food with optional kayaking and boating made the experience worthwhile. Planned for 2 days and ended up staying for 7 days.

Not worth for the amount paid.Resort property is very congested no other activities and facilities available. Rooms are not good,having dusty odour .Speed boat was chargable. Restaurant charges are extreme high. Breakfast buffet was also not impressive. Pool was small. No indoor games also, except for one dusty carrom board. Cannot even compare with other resorts in kumarakom , which provide better services for the amount being paid.

Property is decent. On the day i went at night the staff allowed a family to sit and have drinks near the common pool. Seen this in low cost property. But in a place that costs this much. It's disturbing to the other guests.

Visited last week to attend a function. The resort was very beautiful and well maintained. The staffs were so cooperative and responsive. The food was the best. It was very tasty. One of the best experience I have in a resort in near past.

I hosted my wedding here. The support was amazing from everyone at the Leleela team. The view that this place offers is stunning and suitable for hosting destination weddings. The food was also very commendable. All together all of my guests very much liked the overall experience. I have have stayed in alleppey houseboats before, but the boat they have here is marvellous. It is actually a luxury yacht and not an ordinary houseboat. Thanks to Aneesh sir and his team. Special mention to Eldhose who took care of everything and made himself available every time for us. Organized our Baby Shower program in leleela on 18 March 2023. We were super happy with the service provided by the Resort staff and the manager Aneesh. Everything was very well organized as we wanted, in fact I would say they organized it way better than how we expected it to be. Food was so tasty. Everyone liked the resort very much. I highly recommend leleela resort.

This place is located right next to vembanad kayal. Came out as a surprise at how good the place is. A really warm welcome at the reception from the time we arrived on a rainy afternoon, till the time we checked out, every thing was taken care of. Warm and welcoming staff made the stay a breeze. The beauty of the backwaters , the kayaking and the lovely weather to compliment it all made our short stay memorable.

We had an amazing time at our family get together at Leleela. We spent a weekend here and the food was excellent, with a variety of cuisines across the meals. The resort is very well located and convenient as we were travelling in from Kottayam and Kochi. Their service is absolutely most mention worthy. Staff were so good and happily looked after each of our needs be it the kids or older family members.

Lovely and cozy rooms with a beautiful view amidst calm and serene atmosphere. We went in a big group and had a great time as we had some fun activities in the pool and by the poolside like kayaking. Food is also yummy! Friendly and very helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay there.

Such a bad experience. They overbooked the place and hence denied the pool, speed boating and Kayaking. Also miscommunicated with the guests about the timing. It would be advisable to get all the details in written before even thinking of coming to this place. Will not recommended this place to anyone.

Our stay at Le Leela Vembanad last weekend was excellent. We were 6 families (22 of us), we almost occupied the entire resort :), we enjoyed the ambiance, the rooms was excellent, food was made to our taste and finally the customer service was extraordinary.

Friendly staff. Good ambience. Reached there very late but lighting and all was good. Pool had many broken tiles which resulted in few injuries within the group.

Good place to spend your vacation, clean pool, greenery around with nice backwaters view.. Rooms were neat and really big with all the amenities.. Good service by the staffs there and excellent food as well..

Was a good place before. Now feels like semi abandoned. Needs loads of renovation. Service numbers,menu and wifi password is not easily available. Service desk won't be available most of the time. A boat is parked nearby. The kitchen staff told its not in service. But the next day got to know it's fully functional. Bathroom is open style with some bathrooms missing the blinds, if someone don't like the open style. Room arrangement is good. Staff behavior is good and food taste is also good. Food service in restaurant is slow. Flies are plenty in the eating area. Beware of mosquito bite, carry anti mosquito equipments with you. Alappuzha is endemic for filariasis.

Very good, very nice, it be good in the day and good in the night. Very good water surrounding us to do the swimming inside. There is also the toilets you can use which is rare in the common era. Further in the reviewing, they provide toilets in your room which is absolutely exuberant like my curtains. This hotel is surely kicking like "Bruce" Le "lee" ma.

The resort is very beautiful, calm and serene. It faces the vembanad lake and it is a sight to see. While this is one of the major highlights of the resort it is also a little dangerous for toddlers as they can easily run into the lake! The staff were extremely polite hospitable. The rooms are very spacious and interiors are excellent. They have an infinity pool ( 4 feet deep)which was cleaned everyday. But the pool tiles needed maintenance as you could vet cut while in the pool. The food ordered other than the complimentary meals took about 2 hours to come.Not sure the reason for this

The Property was awesome... Food was famishing and just wow and Chef Vinesh and team was fantastic.. Altogether we had memorable blast...the hospitality was very satisfying and overall it was a very homely experience. Spa was the only missing facility but otherwise a awesome property.
