1) The services are expensive and not always of high quality. If your gel polish coating bubbles after two days, they will invite you to redo it and charge you money for it. 2) The administrator does not understand how to talk to a client who pays 4000 UAH+ for painting, - instead of answering the question, he indignantly asks a question in response: “why didn’t you ask right away?! You were at a consultation!” The administrator there does not know that it is his job to answer questions over the phone. He gets indignant, makes excuses, and eventually apologizes in a dissatisfied voice. The repairs were done, but they still didn’t learn how to serve the client.
