It was very pleasant but only 3 stars because it just looked very dirty behind the counter, none of the surfaces looked wiped and the coffee machines had water stains

Lovely staff, great coffee, yummy salted caramel brownie amongst other delights!

Staff were rude towards me when ordering my drink which was a caramel oat latte.The coffee overall is nice just a little bit watery. Tables could do with a clean down, feel very sticky

Revolting! There was a worker picking her nose while serving customers, i found a mealworm in my cake and lice in my cappuccino. The toilets had diarrhea all over, and the cups went rusty and moldy. Disgusting!!!! I cant believe how awful this place is! Will not be returning!

Incredibly slow service and the staff were either rude or ignore you. The coffee tasted awful and there were old cups everywhere. This could be a great little coffee shop if the staff were given decent customer service training and told to maybe break into a smile once in a while.

Used the drive through Costa, not the market place Costa. Some of the staff are good but some are just plain rude (Yes Laura/Lauren we were shocked by you lack of service and utter disgust that we asked if you had our favourite toasties in stock, last time it wasn’t even you we asked and you interrupted rudely). Customer service needs a lot of work. Why the menu keeps changing god only knows. We like our routine but they frequently run out of somethings but always seem to have loads of the same stuff that clearly doesn’t sell as fast. Just because you have some festive items doesn’t mean you abandon tried and tested staples.

The Costa in the market place is one of the best In the area. All the staff are so joyful and happy, the ladies are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The whole shop is spotlessly clean and tidy. Even when it is busy they are courteous and always have a smile on their face. This Costa is how a coffee shop should be,it is a credit to the brand.

A nice coffee shop. Helpful and polite staff. I go most weekends for a weekly coffee. Good atmosphere. Bravo!

Quick service even in a busy time, lots of food still available at 4pm and plenty of space to enjoy a sit down.

Standard Costa offerings in a two tier setting. More seating upstairs than down. Service as good as anywhere. Cappuccinos were excellent and staff friendly. Perfect start to the day.

Your usual high street Costa, friendly staff with good service. Convenient location in the centre of Brackley next to the main car park.

Why does every coffe I get from this branch taste like coconut?? Are they not washing up properly?

Polite staff. So slow. First in queue and still took 10 minutes to make 1 drink. Staff can't hear through the noise of the fridge and the thick glass and get order wrong frequently.

Staff were friendly but no cold brew and wad offered Americarno iced which when oat milk was added looked gross, fruit pot was in date but had gone off as fruit was mushy and nasty. Also strongly smelt of gone off milk in the downstairs seating area, obviously from spillages that have been cleaned up properly. Very disappointed 😞

Lovely mocha with marshmallows and cream. No queue. Sat outside in the sun. Pleasant staff. I think Costa is rather expensive though. They defo need a door that's easier to open when carrying a tray full of drinks. I nearly tipped our coffees over someone's head trying to get to our table outside!!
