This was my first time in any Wagamama and I was pleasantly surprised. I'm not a sushi fan which is the first thing I think of with Japanese food but the menu here was all of well cooked items. Be warned, spicy does mean spicy, if you go for the curry items. The juices though are delicious and refreshing. The service was fast including dealing with any allergies. The restaurant was clean and stylish. The staff were pleasant and friendly. Highly recommended. I will come again.

It was very busy at the time of visit with a short waiting time. The layout and decoration are very good, The service started off poorly, and this was down to how busy it was, which is somewhat understanding, it did get better following the first interaction, however could still improve. The food was very nice and fulfilling. Must say, we didn't dine as we wanted to chill at home on this occasion. It's definitely worth it.

First time visiting for birthday meal. Venue is really nicely decorated and clean. Food was really tasty couldn’t fault anything we ordered. Definitely on the favourite list now. Great service from Theo, very attentive and the rest of the team were friendly.

Lovely setting food was great. Waited a short while for a table but im giving 4 star because waiter kept forgetting our orders and my sister had to wait while everyone else had theirs. Once you did order the food came relatively quick. Staff are friendly and polite. Their are tables where your sitting with others and some where you are only sitting with your party. All in all I'll go back because the food was good.

Great restaurant to have dinner. We said our allergies and they were very helpful, they recommended the dishes that we should have and the food was very good. The service was always nice and you can see it is a great place when they hug each other at the end of their shift. Great amount of food, good tables and the lighting is superb. One thing that I really like every time I go to wagamama is the free green tea, the smoothies were very good as well. 🍜

Haven't been to Wagamama for so many years, so thought I'd give it a try. Visited with my daughter, we both loved it! Food came out very quick, was steaming hot and so tasty! Our waiter was friendly and happy. Will definitely be visiting again!

Food brilliant as always! Also tried the Ginger No’ijto and Panko Banana dessert with Miso Caramel Ice Cream for the first time and it was amazing❤️

Went to this branch a few days ago, food was amazing as always. We were asked if we would like some drinks after we sat down which was very nice but the whole time we were ordering (food and drinks) our waitress seemed to be distracted and not paying attention to us. I had ordered a prawn firecracker (amazing) but when the food was brought to my table it was a chicken firecracker, I had told one of the waitresses who was very apologetic and she said she’d fix it straight away. I then had the distracted waitress bring me my food that I ordered and gave me attitude saying “oh you wanted prawn you asked for chicken” I didn’t say anything because I didn’t want to seem rude but I was so upset how little she made me feel just because she maybe got a bit confused or just didn’t hear me properly. Other than that I love coming to this branch, always have amazing service and food.

Had a really lovely dining in experience with my 8 year old today because of Gada! My son has autism and ADHD and he wanted to come here today. Our hostess was super from the moment we walked in till we left. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals including mains and starters. I trusted her recommendations with the chilli squid starter and it was a hit. Both of us are pescatarians and Gada knew her stuff and because of her we will be back again soon. She delivered excellent customer service! 4/8/23 The management at Enfield is the finest you can find. Prince the manager always goes that extra mile and comes to our table and has a chat. No matter where we are seated in the restaurant he will make sure we are ok and always welcomes us with a smile. No matter how busy the restaurant is he always makes time for the diners. My 8 year old is a fan of Prince. Today my son brang along his Power Ranger MEgazord and Prince and him had a chat which made my sons day. We were also served by Stellios. A lovely, smiley young man who brang my son his favourite desert the banana katsu. No matter where we are in London we always come back to Enfield Wagamamas because of the fantastic customer service we receive! It’s our go-to-restaurant twice a week.

I didn't go out since 3 month now so it was really special time with my partner. But all the staff who was working between 3pm - 4pm special Natalie made for us so special. Natalie had our table. She was welcome us with big beautiful smile and with really kind attitude. She was always around our table but enough far to keep private time with my partner. Thank you very much for her. And also we ate starter, main and dessert, they were so delicious. Can't wait to go back.
