We
had
a
scan
yesterday
in
the
Harlow
window
to
the
womb,
we
had
been
to
the
Walthamstow
one
before
in
the
past
twice
with
no
issues
at
all.
However
today
was
a
different
story
and
I
will
absolutely
not
be
visiting
again.
When
booking
my
scan
I
was
unable
to
select
a
date
between
15-16
weeks
on
the
website
so
selected
I
was
16+6
(when
in
fact
I
was
15+6).
I
explained
this
to
the
lady
on
reception
who
appeared
to
have
no
problem
at
all
and
I
had
done
this
previously
with
no
problem
in
my
other
pregnancy.
Once
called
into
the
room
there
was
a
male
sonographer
and
a
female
assistant
I
believe
who
was
called
Vicky.
Vicky
was
extremely
rude,
unprofessional
and
abrupt.
I
explained
I
was
15+6
and
not
what
I
selected
(which
I
assumed
wouldn’t
be
a
huge
issue
considering
it
was
8
hours
before
16
weeks)
but
the
sonographer
assistant
decided
otherwise.
Her
tone
was
disgusting
with
myself.
She
completely
belittled
me
and
told
me
I
wouldn’t
be
able
to
go
ahead
with
the
scan.
I
explained
I
was
8
hours
away
from
16
weeks
where
she
huffed
and
puffed
and
stated
I
wouldn’t
be
listening
to
my
child’s
heartbeat,
it
is
not
guaranteed
they
can
tell
me
the
gender
accurately
and
I
certainly
wouldn’t
be
welcome
back
for
a
free
rescan.
She
made
a
huge
problem
and
insisted
I
sign
a
waiver
to
state
my
gestation
was
incorrectly
entered.
I
understand
if
I
were
10
weeks
pregnant
going
for
a
16
week
scan
but
I
wasn’t.
Now
honestly,
I
do
understand
protocols
are
protocols
however
she
went
the
completely
wrong
way
about
it
and
there
is
a
way
of
saying
things
without
coming
across
as
rude
as
she
did!
And
as
mentioned
before,
this
hadnt
been
an
issue.
The
sonogrpaher
completely
rushed
the
whole
process.
We
spent
£65
for
less
than
2
minutes
of
scanning.
There
were
no
measurements
at
all.
We
were
barely
spoken
to.
He
scanned
my
tummy
like
the
baby
was
disappearing.
The
rude
assistant
stated
‘do
you
want
us
to
show
you
the
sex
then?’
twice.
There
was
no
kindness
or
compassion.
It
should
have
been
a
beautiful
moment
for
us
as
a
family!!
The
whole
process
was
rushed,
rude
and
honestly
I
was
so
upset
when
I
left.
I
work
in
healthcare
myself
and
wouldn’t
talk
to
anyone
the
way
I
was
spoken
to,
especially
in
front
of
my
3
year
old
son
and
husband.
Not
even
a
goodbye.
Her
attitude
was
beyond
words
and
ruined
the
whole
visit.
I
am
not
usually
one
to
write
a
review
or
complain
but
I
won’t
be
returning
and
will
make
their
head
office
aware.
