A burger eatery with seating inside and out, staff were very friendly and service was very fast. Meal and a drink come to £42 so £21 each, definitely value for money! 🍔🍟 (redhead not included) 10/10

A bit pricey for a burger place, but to be fair the food is good quality. My 5 stars go to the vegan burger because it is the best I’ve ever had, paired with equally scrumptious onion rings or chips. Plus I think it’s great you can custom the whole thing and I’m very curious to try the vegan lotus cheesecake.

Best burgers around...been a fan for years, but...a couple things to mention that keep happening, kind of takes the shine off. We ordered £80 worth of food at work today to collect. I asked if they could write on what each burger was so we don't have to open up and rake through every burger to see who's is who's. Asked for this on the last two occasions. Every time they say 'yep, no problem' but they never do. I used to order takeaway when I lived in Durham a couple of years ago and the same happened when i asked for 'no bacon' on one of the gauchos. When you're spending that kind of money, simple requests really aren't much to ask... Asked and paid for extra jalapenos on one burger, no more than the other Gaucho we ordered. Not really a review for others to base their decision on, more for the restaurant as constructive criticism.We'll be back so hope to see improvements next time. Otherwise 5*...Cheers

I'm here for a day trip in Durham and this is the best Vegan burger I've ever had ! The chips also are amazing and the staff is very friendly, the view and ambiance is perfect, 100% loving it !

As a burger lover, I’m a big critic on any burgers I have. The burgers at Tango are a good portion size, and the burgers were actually soft which is uncommon in most burger restaurants. The softness of the burger was perfect as there was more flavour. The onion rings were huge, definitely fresh. Chips were okay. They have a mini bar on site and the cocktails we ordered were lovely too. Took a while to pay the bill, but saw they had a table of 10 people in. Overall really pleased with my experience here. Will be revisiting.

Cosy burger shop in Durham. We got to try different burgers and they were all very tasty. Nothing incredible but quite satisfied with our option. Bonus points for being dog friendly!! 👌

We've been here before for cocktails but just needed something to tide us over until dinner later. We got the loaded fries and the pulled pork nachos, both were delicious. It was reasonably quiet and the staff were very friendly. There were some good looking burgers coming out of the kitchen and I'd like to return to try them.

Fantastic meal, service staff and chef fantastic. A member of our party has multiple food allergies to which they were able to accommodate he reckons the triple cooked chips are the best chips ever tasted and have to agree.well done! Highly recommend.

Family meal out, food was very nice everyone enjoyed their meals. All stuffed. Value for money too. Could do with some better options for draft beer but that's not a reason to mark them down. The staff were very accommodating and pleasant. Will be back.

I’ve been to Tango in the past before they moved location and this new restaurant is much nicer with far more space and nice decor. The burgers are absolutely incredible, I loved the Van Man burger I had. Unfortunately, the chips we got were really awful and I’ve heard it’s not a one off occurrence. They’re just full of oil and are very floppy, almost like they haven’t been cooked enough nor seasoned well. Given that this is half the experience of a burger meal, I need to limit my review to a 3 for food! Staff were great!

It's a great place for a friends catch-up. Food is really tasty. Unfortunately, our order got mixed up a little, but this was sorted out. Unfortunately, that meant 1 person was waiting for their food. P.s the diabolo burger definitely stands up to it's name 🥵🌶🌶🌶 🤣

As we looked at the menu outside, a customer came out and said "go in you won't regret it". We didn't! Gorgeous burger, excellent flat-iron steak, best chips in the North East and for what you get the prices are great. Staff attentive, friendly and helpful.

I have been working away for a few weeks and trying to sample some local eats with high reviews on Google. Awesome burger, it was really delicious in what's seems to be an ever growing competitive dish. Had dirty fries which had a cheese sauce and bacon bits, which I shovelled into my mouth. They were amazing, however I ate it a bit fast and felt it after. Service and food were great though

Visited with friends recently, we'd never been before but had heard good reviews. Absolutely fantastic! The staff were really friendly and welcoming, the food was amazing. My husband had one of the burgers with fries, and I had nachos topped with Korean beef (special) which was absolutely delicious. Also have to say that the Peach Melba cocktail was incredible too! We would definitely return. Highly recommend

If you're looking a great restaurant look no further. Went here for my 21st birthday, and it was the best place I could have gone to celebrate. Great atmosphere, drinks were great, location is perfect, wonderful staff and the food was amazing. The food did take a while to come out, but one of the staff told me it was because the cook wasn't happy with my steak and they were doing me a new one. Which once I was told I completely understood. One of the best independent restaurants I've been to, and I will be coming back, as I need to try more off the menu.

The service here is impeccable, the waitress even made the time to repeat our complicated order just to make sure she got it right. The vegetarian selection is pretty good, as they'll allow you to sub a Beyond Meat burger into the other burgers, but be warned that most of them have other meat in... Good drinks, reasonable price

Stumbled across here today. Lovely setting. Long, hard, decision on the menu. Amazing nachos...extremely generous portion, lovely toppings and sauces. Amazing burgers, both chips and sweet potato fries were amazing. Attentive, friendly staff. Recommended.
