I met Emma after from a recommendation from another of her clients. After snapping my Achilles tendon in June 22, I started physiotherapy with her in September, when I was still struggling to walk. Emma provided various different exercises for me to start off with, and every session adapted them, or introduced new exercises as I was getting stronger and recovering. I would highly recommend anyone with any physio needs to make an appointment, listen to her advice and work with the exercises set as you will not regret it.

Needed advice for the treatment of several stubborn verrricus. Found the clinc by chance, initial assessment was thorough and professional. Abby provided clear treatment choices and what to expect from each option. Elected to go for Swift, this process is little uncomfortable but for me personally was highly effective. Care from start to finish including post treatment follow ups was first class. Highly recommend.

I went to Abby with a verruca that had resisted all my efforts to remove it for about a decade. She explained the various options very clearly and I chose the laser treatment. This was effective and there is now no sign of the verruca at all. It’s amazing. Abby herself is great and I enjoyed my appointments with her, as we both admired my newly healed foot!

I had a pregnancy massage booked with Emma. It was lovely! We sat down and went throigh a few questions before hand. She was so warm and welcoming. We chatted whilst I had my hands and feet done and then was made comfortable for my massage. I would definitely recommend and I'm sure I'll be back!

I’m a sports massage therapist myself and have struggled to find a good quality massage in the last year. Emma was fantastic and knowledgeable in multiple fields and really took the time to understand my many ailments. I’ve been doing my best with myofascial release techniques and mobilisation exercises, but my left lower back and hip feels a lot looser than I have been able to get it, in months. I have re-booked for two weeks time and will ensure it becomes part of my overall maintenance routine from here on out. I can fully recommend the service Emma provided.

I went to see Abby for the Swift treatment on a verucca that I have been trying to get rid of for about 8 years. After 3 treatments it has completely gone and I am over the moon! The clinic is a beautiful space, the treatment prices are great value for the level of service provided and Abby was great. She made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way. Written for and on behalf of my dad who until recently had been suffering with a severe problem with his foot. He had gone to and fro between doctors and chiropodists none of whom could tell what the problem was and said it was a corn or bunion. An appointment was made with Abby who straight away identified what the issue was and referred dad to a vascular consultant. Thanks to Abby dad was treated and had surgery for a blockage in his artery which if not found when it was could have resulted in the loss of his foot. I can’t thank Abby enough for what she did and the way she looked after my dad and would recommend her to anyone.

I’m a Luxembourgish student doing my exchange program in York. I had an ingrown nail and decided to go to Kin body and sole. There I met Abby who is simply one of the most genuine and kindest people I have ever met. She, along with Emma, who is of course just as kind, performed nail surgery on me. I felt so comfortable! Abby explained everything during the whole procedure and constantly made sure that I was fine. I went for a pregnancy massage today, and it was honestly the best massage I've ever had. I wish I had found this place sooner! The pregnancy bump pillow was so comfy, and the massage itself was amazing. I've never been so relaxed!

We went to see Abby to seek advice about my daughters ingrown toe nails late last year. Abby recommend surgery which she did for my daughter on two occasions for her both her big toes. My daughter struggles with anxiety, Abby and Emma were incredibly patient with her and made her feel at ease. They went out of their way to support my daughter and the whole experience was very positive. The after care that Abby provided was above and beyond anything I would have expected and nothing was too much trouble. I was referred to Abby at Kin Body and Sole when I started to have a very painful and crippling problem with my feet. Abby was extremely friendly and sympathetic from the moment I first met her and is very knowledgeable and professional. Nothing is too much trouble. At my first appointment and following a thorough examination, she diagnosed the condition I had straightaway and also the likely cause. She then devised a customised exercise plan for me to follow, made some customised in-soles for me to wear and advised me on the correct footwear that I should be wearing. She explained everything extremely well and also followed this up with an e-mail outlining everything we had discussed together with a copy of the exercise plan I needed to follow. Having followed Abby’s treatment plan over the past few weeks (with a couple of follow up appointments to check my progress), my feet are significantly improved and I am no longer suffering with the crippling pain that I had prior to the start of my treatment. I can therefore highly recommend Abby at Kin Body and Sole.

Abby is amazing. I'd been struggling with shoulder pain for years, she diagnosed my issue instantly and gave me insoles during my appointment. It's been almost a month since I got my insoles, and I've been completely pain-free ever since. It's been life-changing! :)

I first visited Kin Body and Sole for a chiropody consultation and treatment some 6 months ago. Hard skin and corns make walking painful. The initial consultation and subsequent treatment was excellent. Abby did a full and detailed assessment, including advising me to get some blood tests to check out if my numbness in my toes were symptomatic of another underlying health condition. Turns out it was the best advice I could have had, as I was diagnosed with Pernicious Anaemia, which can be very serious. I am now have regular injections to treat my condition. The rest of my treatment was excellent, very modern and thorough. I would highly recommend.

Saw Emma today for a Mummy MOT- Emma looked after us throughout my pregnancy and PP, can’t recommend all of her services highly enough. The Mummy Mot was incredibly thorough and really well explained left feeling confident moving forward. Emma is warm and friendly and made me (and baby) feel comfortable throughout our appointment.

I had a podiatry appointment with Abby last year and had some bespoke insoles for my running trainers made. My feet had their own MOT! The insoles have made all the difference to my running and my left ankle is in much better shape as a result of Abby’s advice. Brilliant experience provided by a fabulous podiatrist.

I came to Abby because of ankle pain while playing football. She was able to diagnose me and explain it very clearly which was extremely helpful. She customized insoles for me and made sure they fit perfectly until I felt comfortable in them to use for competitive play. Thanks to Abby, the insoles, plus the exercises she recommended me, I no longer have ankle pain and also noticed improvements in my performance. With her help I was able to clear my ankle pain in time to go on successful trials. I would recommend to anyone looking for great physiotherapy/ podiatry as Abby was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable!
