Cozy and great room, sweets in the fridge from the owner, cleaning every day. The only downside is that there are problems with the code on the doors, but write to the owner in advance to find out the code!

Absolutely atrocious if you except any level of comfort please steer clear of this property. Filthy entrance, and very basic i.e. bring your own toilet roll as this seems to much for the accomodation to provide. Room had a terrible odour of mould and damp, also be aware that this is shared bathroom facilities not an en suite, something not mentioned when booking. Access is by contacting the owner, I waited 45 minutes to get the codes to my accomodation. Awoken several times through the night by other guests asking if I had a spare tab, not great! Avoid at all costs no matter how cheap it is offered!!!!!

This place was filthy, it took me 3 attempts to get hold of the owners just to get the code for the door. The fridge had rotting food in it which made the whole apartment smell, the cupboards were dirty and outside the property drug deals were taking place as myself & my daughter were stood in the window watching them. All this resulted in us not staying over in this apartment

Absolutely diabolical this place is dump. And a fire trap no way out if there is a fire from any of the rooms. Turndown my bed covers to discover that I would be sharing my bed with two large bedbugs. Room nothing like the photos advertised on the site. Have reported the condition of the place to Liverpool City Council.

There was a big spider in the room, the bed was OKish, there was a dead bug inside a mug suggesting that it hasn't been cleaned for a long time, breakfast was poor. Location is pleasant with easy access by bus to the centre of Liverpool.
