I find it almost impossible to communicate with the practice, I cannot use the telephone and the online consultation forms don't have enough space to say what is needed, nor do any of the boxes on the system they expect you to respond to texts with. If you turn up at the desk you are asked to fill in the online consultation forms. I have frequently filled these and the boxes on repeat prescriptions in with important information and have felt my concerns have been ignored. I really need access to an email address or something similar as a reasonable adjustment to be able to communicate with the practice but have frequently been told there is no way of accessing this. Once you get past the system to get an appointment the healthcare staff are great.

Diabolical surgery. Rang on 25th may to get my son seen as i believed he had an iron deficiency, was first told they would have to refer to paediatrics “but it would be refused” low and behold it wasn’t so we get an appt for a blood test on 12th June, brilliant! Wednesday 14th June we got the results that he was indeed anaemic… got an appt 15th June to speak to a doctor, she rang couldn’t care less about the situation, i was quite literally on the phone 2 minutes. She told me at 1pm that the meds would be prescribed tomorrow (16th) she made it abundantly clear she wasn’t sure what to prescribe. Well fast forward to 4pm on 16th June and nothing is still prescribed. I have rang 3 times now and alls i get is that they have sent her a message and “their hands are tied” so now my son has to go all weekend unmedicated. If i was to leave him unmedicated for this time would it be neglect? Yes it would. Dr Yasmine abouzanad, i think its time to hang up your stethoscope and move on. Absolutely shameful to leave a 3 year old like this.

I attended a blood pressure review yesterday and felt I must comment on the most amazing, caring nurse I had the pleasure to meet. I was extremely impressed with the way my appointment was carried out. Anita made me feel very relaxed. She was also very professional and thorough. Thank you so much for caring. Miss Evan's.

Rachel was amazing with my 3 year old daughter today. She explained her 3 year jabs very well and made her feel comfortable. That is the best experience we've had. Thank you Rachel

Lovely surgery. I have seen Sharan Mann twice now. She has got more done for me in these two visits ,than any doctor has for years. Hopefully we are now getting to the bottom of my health problems. Sharan is lovely, careing and she listens and doesnt shove things aside, because of my age, and she gets the help thats needed. I thank her very very much.
