Was
ok,
kids
had
fun
painting
the
models
and
doing
the
badges
etc
but
really
badly
organised.
Staff
not
overly
keen
on
explaining
anything
at
all
so
we
had
to
ask
a
LOT
of
questions
throughout.
We
Turned
up
and
didn’t
know
you
had
to
book.
We
had
to
wait
over
an
hour
for
the
candle
making
but
you
could
go
do
the
other
activities
in
the
meantime…
great!
Although
that
area
was
packed
and
we
had
to
wait
for
a
spare
table.
I
knew
there
was
a
cafe
so
was
hoping
for
food
until
it
quietened
down
but
wasn’t
told
the
cafe
wasn’t
serving
hot
food
until
after
we’d
paid
on
entry
and
gotten
to
the
cafe
itself.
Hot
drinks
and
cake
only
(on
which
there
were
on
2
slices
on
the
shelf
left).
The
young
guy
running
the
candle
making
though
explained
everything
and
was
great
until
we
came
back
to
collect.
We
stood
and
waited
and
he
just
watched
us
then
I
had
to
ask
“do
we
just
help
ourselves?”
And
he
just
simply
nodded.
The
lady
running
the
crafts
upstairs
looked
like
she
was
annoyed
with
everyone
and
didn’t
look
happy
to
engage
with
any
children.
My
son
with
ADHD
and
Tourette’s
found
this
incredibly
difficult
as
he
asked
if
could
mix
paint
and
she
begrudgingly
chucked
a
blank
paint
pot
on
the
table.L
without
speaking.
He
found
this
really
rude
to
say
he’s
11.
Also
there
was
a
cockroach
in
the
floor
near
the
entrance/exit
and
the
lady
taking
the
bookings
tried
to
pass
it
off
a
a
plastic
toy
one
but
my
sons
showed
me
that
it
was
moving
about!
I
will
say
though
that
what
you
pay
for
is
absolutely
amazing
and
it
passes
a
few
hours
in
which
the
kids
can
get
messy
and
enjoy
some
fun
crafting.
Shop
is
a
bit
run
down
but
Also
fab
christmas
selection
in
August!
Just
needs
a
bit
of
explaining
and
service
with
a
smile
costs
nothing!
