Lovely gardens full of interesting plants. You can have a stroll round the lake and the courtyard. Look out for the 3 open days for charity. You'll need to book your ticket in advance; info on their website. Highly recommended. We did the autumn open day last year, the summer one this year. So will visit on a Spring event next.

Lovely day at the Charity open day, falconry displays, ride on miniature railway which my little boy loved. And great seeing all the manicured gardens

Amazing location, lovely gardens all raising money for fantastic causes. The falconry was the highlight for me though. As its only open a few times a year I would go early take full advantage of all the amazing sights and events and as I did take a camera 👍

The grounds are an oasis of tranquility. The Duke of Westminster, present and past, have kept them beautifully and the public get chance to wander around them 4 times a year. All Entrance Fee goes to Charity. Wonderful initiative

Visiting friends in Chester and she was spending the day raising money for charity and we helped raise £4,000 in our area! sadly didn't get to see the beautiful grounds but it was amazing, would like to return to see what we missed...

Not well signposted in terms of visitors wanting to park and visit, so much so me and my partner ended up leaving as each gate we drove to wasn't open, very disappointed as I wanted to visit!
