Historical bridge crossing the River Dee. Good views of this bridge can be seen from the city walls where a sign is also located.

Lovely place to come and take pictures, watch over the River Dee, especially when the sun is shining. Also good to watch the wildlife around the River Dee too.

A 14th century stone bridge that is still very much in use today - although single lane only. One of the main attractions of Chester - nice place to see the Dee river and watch the traffic from both directions patiently wait for each other to cross the bridge.

Lovely area for a relaxing walk despite the noise from the weir and fast flowing river. An historical crossing point from England to Wales although borders have moved somewhat since then. If you're looking for a boat trip along the River Dee then this is where you'll find them. Makes for a nice short circuit walk if you walk to the Queens Park bridge across to the far bank and turn back towards Old Dee bridge.

Good place to get views of the river. And a short clean cobbled pedestrianised stretch leads back to the riverside. But that is it really. Not sure it is worth going out of your way.
