ever.
Promised
discount,
late
checkout,
low
deposit,
pay
balance
off
90
days
before
flying,
transfer.
Got
transfer
and
low
deposit.
Had
to
make
another
payment
towards
deposit
within
8
weeks
which
they
don't
tell
you
till
after
you
booked,
had
to
fight
for
the
discount
I
was
promised
and
late
checkout
never
done.
Staff
tell
you
one
thing
and
do
another.
5
months
before
our
holiday
told
hotel
was
getting
refurbished
but
open
by
the
time
we
go.
Two
days
before
told
it's
not
open
and
given
no
choice
of
hotel
just
told
this
is
where
they
put
you.
Meant
to
be
a
4
star
hotel
when
it's
a
3
star
so
lied
to
again.
Hotel
does
not
have
a
Thompson
rep,
adult
hotel
not
suitable
for
young
adult
or
children
(
there
a
17,22
&
29
year
old
going).
When
call
hotline
to
sort
issues
your
told
that
you
had
a
choice
and
that
you
agreed
2
days
before
you
even
knew.
Told
that
they
spoken
to
branch
but
when
you
call
you
are
told
different.
Would
not
trust
them
again.
They
tell
you
they
will
give
you
the
best
exchange
rate.
When
you
shop
around
and
go
back
to
them
will
the
rates
they
tell
you
they
can't
match
it
so
they
don't
give
you
the
best
exchange
rate.
In
t&c
states
that
if
there
a
major
change
to
booking
they
compensate
you
but
received
nothing.
Told
nothing
they
can
really
do
while
you
on
holiday
to
call
the
holiday
line
so
your
piggy
in
the
middle
