Worse holiday ever. Promised discount, late checkout, low deposit, pay balance off 90 days before flying, transfer. Got transfer and low deposit. Had to make another payment towards deposit within 8 weeks which they don't tell you till after you booked, had to fight for the discount I was promised and late checkout never done. Staff tell you one thing and do another. 5 months before our holiday told hotel was getting refurbished but open by the time we go. Two days before told it's not open and given no choice of hotel just told this is where they put you. Meant to be a 4 star hotel when it's a 3 star so lied to again. Hotel does not have a Thompson rep, adult hotel not suitable for young adult or children ( there a 17,22 & 29 year old going). When call hotline to sort issues your told that you had a choice and that you agreed 2 days before you even knew. Told that they spoken to branch but when you call you are told different. Would not trust them again. They tell you they will give you the best exchange rate. When you shop around and go back to them will the rates they tell you they can't match it so they don't give you the best exchange rate. In t&c states that if there a major change to booking they compensate you but received nothing. Told nothing they can really do while you on holiday to call the holiday line so your piggy in the middle

Beware of TUI currency exchange. The online rate can vary considerably from what you get when you collect your cash, sometimes as much as £1 per currency unit. Stores are told to sell at a different rate to the online rate according to information from thier store staff. Furthermore they will not give customers this information, which could be considered as misleading. Go to the Post Office and don't use TUI exchange services.

Absolutely superb service from Lucy, however one month before the holiday it's been cancelled. Don't use TUI absolute joke of a company.

Just booked a cruise with Lisa Collinson. Lisa was so nice and spent time sharing her knowledge of Celebrity Apex and was able to answer all our questions. She was able to sort out our cabins so our sons were near us in an inside cabin but we could still have our balcony cabin. Can’t wait to go!!

Absolutely first class professional, friendly and caring staff, Becky has been dealing with a query for me over the last week and has been fantastic. Becky has kept in contact throughout, reassured me that it would be sorted and it has; she has also put my mind at total rest as my little boy has some dietary needs that we didn't know about at the time of booking and I was very worried that he may not be able to get the food/drinks he needs while we are on holiday. Becky contacted our resort and spoke directly with the catering staff, thank you Becky and your team for making everything even better than before and especially for all the support and reassurance. We can't wait to come and book next years holiday with you soon.

Brilliant service from Nicola at TUI Broughton who arranged our holiday in June. Everything from flights, transfers and hotels was sorted out. The holiday was amazing and everything went smoothly. Can’t thank her enough. Will definitely book with TUI again.

So I went to ask advise on a holiday to Turkey,I was met by Grace. She was very warm and welcoming, very good knowledge of the hotels. So much so I booked my holiday for next year. We call into store on Sunday 22 Oct to be greeted with a big smile from Lisa who was so friendly and helpful, Lisa asked us what we would like and the first holiday Lisa found tikced all our boxes as we are taking my 82 year Father in law, we went away with all the information and all questions answer. We have since been back in yesterday to be lucky enough to have Lisa book our holiday, Lisa is a very polite, friendly , cheerful person so much so i know that my father in law can now book any holidays for himself with Lisa

I went into the shop with not much idea of the holiday I was after. I just knew I wanted a city break somewhere warm. I was greeted by Abi who was fantastic. She really helped me to decide on a destination and listened to all my requirements, finding me a great hotel in the perfect location. This is why I came into the shop rather than online, it was great to speak face to face with someone so knowledgeable

Visited the Broughton Park branch of TUI today because we wanted to amend our booking. As we had booked it online we were unable to make changes at home and were uncertain with the best way to go about it. When we walked in we were greeted by Jordan who made us feel at ease immediately. He dealt with all our amendments swiftly even though we had booked online. Nothing was too much trouble and we were very happy with Jordan's knowledge and excellent service.

When into the shop yesterday with not much idea of the cruise we would like. We were greeted by Lisa who was just lovely, she made us feel most welcome and sat us down to help us choose our holiday. It was more like a chat with someone who had known us for ages; we even shared photos of our cats. Lisa certainly knows her stuff when it comes to cruises and she was able to present the information in way that both my husband and I fully understood. We ended up booking a great cruise to the Med which will even allow us to visit Pompeii. You just would not get this excellent service if you book on-line. Thank you Lisa, great customer service.

My husband and I went in to book a holiday for the kids for Christmas we went in thinking of Spain and came out with an amazing holiday booked in North Africa. Thanks to Jordan in the Broughton branch we are now gonna take our kids to an amazing destination that we never thought possible. One of our little girls have a gluten allergy and he saw how nervous we was with taking them to another country and not only did he reassure us but after we left he had gone and read the reviews on this hotel and rang us up to say that the hotel takes this allergy very seriously which really put our mind at rest. Would definitely be booking with this travel agents again

Booked an excursion in Thailand, Emily was very patient and helpful whilst I made up my mind about which trip to take, she looked into all my options thoroughly. All staff at Broughton are very friendly and professional. What a pleasure, will certainly be back.

Grace was great help! My boyfriend and I were looking for a weeks getaway abroad and she helped us choose a location and was super friendly. Grace made us aware of flight times and where is best to go for our budget. She put in requests to the hotel so we didn’t have to pay extra, and though none of our discounts worked (ie Airbus, Blue Light or NHS), Grace was able to get some more money off for us. Great help, thank you!

Called in today to book a cruise. We were referred to Liz who is their cruise specialist. Liz could not of done enough for us. She was very helpful informative and friendly. We discussed everything we wanted and a couple of our concerns which she sorted out for us straight away. Highly recommend Liz who gave us excellent customer service. Even gave us a great recommendation for lunch. Thank you

The customer service is the best I've had for a long time. This store is the reason I prefer to book my holiday with a travel agent nowadays, rather than going online. I visited Broughton this week and booked another family holiday with Nicola Boutlon. The customer service, knowledge and advice we received, was nothing but amazing. Nicola has been booking our holidays since 2006, we have been treated exceptionally each time, simply because of the customer service from Nicola, which is why we book each year direct.

I visited the store just a few weeks ago to get a last minute trip organised. I didn't have a plan where or a fixed date but the staff were exceptional. The manager, Francesca was particularly brilliant who helped me find the right kind of location and with all the required perks I asked for as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is searching for a holiday.

Never had the decency to contact me when it was cancelled with the covid-19 I had to ring and sort everything out myself therefore or when the open I'll be contacting the shop

Only had holiday booked 4 weeks and im naggy already!! Staff just palm you off and blame someone else. All i want to do is cancel my holiday insurance as its a ridiculous price and they just keep saying its been done but yet its still on the system! Will defo be dealing with wrexham store once this is sorted as they seem more trained and helpful. Absolute joke of a place.

The service that I had form Victoria today was 1st class. She was warm and welcoming and took her time to really help, the great standard of her service meant that I went back and booked in store though her and not as normal on the Internet. She is normally based in the Cheshire oaks branch and would happily drive to be served by her again, what a refreshing change - thank you
