    Emma is a great personal training. For someone like me who doesn't like gyms, it is great to have found somebody where I feel comfortable, I get motivated and encouraged to work towards being healthier. The exercises are varied and get adjusted towards your capabilities and needs. Highly recommend Emma

    Emma has made such a difference to my health and well-being - I only wish I'd met her sooner! She is extremely knowledgeable and her constructive feedback is both practical and useful. I found it especially helpful that she is able to tailor her advice to take into account the fact that motherhood changes one's body - it's definitely not "one size fits all" with Emma!

    I would really recommend Diva Fitness to help you reach your health and fitness goals. Emma’s approach focussing on nutrition and fitness together helped me lose weight and feel stronger and more energetic in just 5 weeks! All advice is very realistic and practical, making lifestyle changes really easy and sustainable. The private gym facility is fantastic and Emma makes the workouts very varied, but challenging (and fun!); she is really supportive and her enthusiasm keeps you motivated! I would say it has been a fantastic investment for me - if you are thinking of trying a personal trainer – do not hesitate, thank you Diva Fitness!

    Having not fully got over covid after 9 months i found Diva Fitness to improve my diet and wellbeing. Emma and her studio in her garden has given me confidence to get jogging again (at 75!) and improve my strength as well as giving me the discipline to attend early in a morning. Thank you Emma, i am back to pre covid health.

    I can’t rate Emma from Diva Fitness highly enough. I booked a consultation and nutritional advice session. Both my husband and I attended the nutritional session and found it very informative. Emma is warm and friendly, and very knowledgeable. We came away feeling very inspired to start our journey to better nutritional health.

    I am a reluctant exerciser and my son signed me up ‘for my own good’. I have found Emma to be kind and considerate. She doesn’t push, she encourages; she doesn’t criticise, she suggests; she doesn’t restrict, she empowers. I have been training with her for a year and feeling infinitely better for it, I intend to continue as long as possible. You can do it too!

    I recently had the pleasure of training with Emma, who has truly made a positive impact on my health. From the moment I started my journey with her she showed genuine care, support and dedication towards helping me to achieve my goals. One aspect that sets Emma apart is her knowledge of nutrition. After receiving a medical diagnosis this year that required me to make dietary changes, she has provided me with invaluable guidance and has made it so much easier for me to make positive changes. Each session with Emma was challenging yet enjoyable, and I always left feeling accomplished and motivated following her comprehensive approach to health and fitness.

    As someone who has always struggled with low self-esteem and body confidence issues, it was really important to me that I found a personal trainer that I felt comfortable around, and who made me feel at ease. Initially I really struggled with having the confidence to push myself, however Emma's gentle but persistent manner really worked with me to build not only my physical strength, but my psychological strength. She adapted exercises and supported me to try things out even when my mind was telling me I'd fall or 'fail'( something ive always had a massive fear of) I had a really helpful nutritional session before my training started which helped me to understand what I was eating ( and not eating) and how this was impacting on my physical health. She helped me to understand the nutrients I needed to be putting into my body, and the types of foods that have health giving properties. She tailored this to me due to me being vegan which was really helpful. I now cant get enough of Cavolo Nero! I now love exercising and the feeling it gives me. I do it because I enjoy it and it makes me feel empowered and strong, not because I feel I have to! The number on the scales hasn't reduced dramatically over the course of my training, but I feel stronger and my body looks leaner. Emma has helped me to understand that 'quick fixes' aren't realistic' , rather I know the positive changes I have made are for my future, and these things take time ! Emma listened to me when I told her about my fears and worries, and she encouraged me not to give up when I thought all my efforts were not enough. Thank you Emma for the support you have given me over the last few months. You've given me the strength and determination to keep going and bring that bloody metabolic age down! Caroline x

    Emma was very knowledgeable and supportive from the first time we spoke. The Diva Fitness website was very informative and I was suitably impressed with the picture of the training facilities and reviews from other clients. Without doubt Emma is very enthusiastic with a lively and positive (yet realistic) can do attitude, she is target driven which encourages clients to do their best at all times. What is so important and different about Diva fitness is Emma's knowledge regarding 'healthy eating'. I've trained for years and years and lost and gained weight due to eating the wrong foods. Having attended Emma's healthy, nutritional class I can honestly say it's transformed how I perceive what I eat, how I cook and what I purchase....I feel healthier, I feel confident and eat well....no more snacking or missing meals!!!!! By eating healthier foods and working out with Emma on a regular basis my body shape has changed, I've lost weight and I most definitely smile a lot more....thanks for your continued support Emma.     Emma is a fantastic trainer with great sense of humor so every session is filled with laugh and positive attitude which empower you to work out even harder. Very professional coaching and extremely knowledgeable both in fitness and nutrition. I really enjoy my weekly sessions and I can’t recommend her highly enough. Thank you!

    Personal training via Zoom January lockdown blues had me feeling unfit, lethargic and unmotivated. Searching for a way forward, I found Emma online. A couple of months on, I’m so glad I took the step to do weekly training sessions via Zoom. Despite my limited home equipment, I am now fitter, stronger and enjoying exercise which in turn, has improved self-esteem and mental health. Emma has not only focused on my fitness but also provided simple tips on improving what I thought was an already a healthy diet. I’m in my late 50’s, can recommend Emma to anyone looking to improve their health and fitness.

    Emma was my PT for 10 months, from June 2021 until the end of April this year. For the first 6 months I worked with her 2 sessions a week, then 1 session a week from Christmas. At 63, and having lost 3 stone about 5 years ago I wanted to tone up, especially around my middle, thighs and upper arms, lose another half stone if at all possible and improve my strength and bone density, so we did a lot of work with weights, which I had never done before. All of my targets have been achieved, and I cannot praise Emma enough! She is totally professional and knows everything there is to know about women's health and fitness. She is friendly, welcoming, always encouraging, and fun to be with. Her studio is a delight to work in. Although I wasn't particularly looking for nutritional advice, I have learned so much, and successfully incorporated some of her suggestions into my daily and weekly meal (and snack!) planning. I am now about the weight I was in my late twenties/early thirties (before children), and, I can actually fit in my wedding dress! I wholeheartedly recommend Emma. Working with her is investing in your future in the best possible way!

    Emma is an amazing personal trainer! I've been training with her for about 7 months and can see the changes in myself that I was hoping for. Emma helps you to work towards long-term goals and lifestyle changes that will stick - which is perfect for someone like me who struggles to keep to healthy eating and regular exercise. I enjoy training in the Diva Fitness home studio and Emma tailors the weekly work-out to my needs. My understanding of what it takes to eat healthily and lose weight for the long-term has increased massively. I can highly recommend Emma - her energy and passion for everything she does is inspirational!

    Emma is completely different from any other fitness/ diet professional I've come across. Her fitness classes are amazing, but she really shines on the nutritional information. I am eating food I'd never heard of before and loving it. You won't be disappointed signing up for either her classes, challenges or nutritional advice. I completed Emma's May 2020 challenge, we all had a brilliant time with fantastic results.

    I've had PT sessions with Emma and did a 21 day challenge which included many workouts and nutrition sessions!! I have nothing but positive feedback, Emma's knowledge about nutrition and fitness is absolutely amazing!! Emma has great energy, very supportive and gives me the motivation I need. At first I was very nervous about getting help and getting back on the right track, Emma having her own studio at her house made me feel so comfortable rather than a busy gym. That is a big bonus! I'd recommend Emma to anyone who wants to start getting fit, lose weight, tone up and change their diet. I can't recommend her enough!! Thank you 😊!!

    Emma is a fantastic fitness and nutritionist coach. She has enabled me to make some lifestyle changes which has effected my overall wellbeing as well as increasing muscle strength and cardio. As a result I feel healthier, more energised and happier.

    For the past few months I have been able to improve my fitness levels and my mental health from the comfort of my own home. I live in Ireland 🇮🇪 and train with Emma and my sister via Zoom. It is wonderful to have an interactive training session with Emma who is motivating and encouraging with exercise and nutrition advice.

    I’ve been working with Emma for over two years now and her approach to improving health and wellbeing through equal focus on fitness and a healthy and balanced diet has delivered real benefits. Emma has helped me to achieve significant reductions in weight (over 4 stone), really positive changes in body composition and a much healthier lifestyle. Her sessions can be challenging but always great fun!

    Since embarking on my journey with Emma last July it has genuinely turned my life around. I feel great, my body has changed so much and my relationship with food is so much better. I used to attend a well known slimming club but could never maintain the weight loss. Since the nutritional support and advice from Emma I have maintained my weight loss and feel so much healthier. I have personal training sessions through lockdown via zoom. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the support from Emma she truly cares about the individual and is so positive and motivating. This is a way of life for me now :-)
