Don't
bother
ordering
from
this
place
and
don't
expect
the
customer
service
you
deserve,
especially
at
7.15pm
when
they
want
to
"clock
off
early".
I
ordered
x2
meal
deal
footlong
subs
(specific
ingredients
in
each
sub
due
to
me
and
my
mum
only
being
able
to
eat
specific
things),
with
the
meal
deal
you
are
SUPPOSED
to
(and
I
say
this
with
upmost
importance
since
I
paid
for
a
meal
deal,
I
expect
to
have
one...)
get
x2
drinks,
x2
cookies
and
x2
crisps,
I
also
ordered
lightly
salted
nachos,
tortilla
chicken
bites,
x3
RAINBOW
cookies
and
x3
chocolate
ones.
This
was
clearly
too
complex
to
get
the
correct
order
and
for
almost
£30
I
would
have
expected
for
it
not
only
to
be
correct
but
also
with
a
sincere
apology
and
not
a
mouthy
"young
adult"
at
the
door.
As
we
received
our
order
we
thought
it
had
come
pretty
quick
considering
it
came
around
7.45pm
and
not
the
designated
8.15pm-8.30pm
time
slot.
To
our
dismay,
we
received
both
subs,
with
NO
DRINKS,
NO
CRISPS,
NO
RAINBOW
COOKIES
and
NO
NACHOS!!
-
we
rang
up
asking
for
the
rest
of
our
order
to
which
a
woman
responded
with
"I'll
send
them
to
you
now"
(okay
fair
enough
and
rightly
so),
now
whilst
biting
into
MY
PERSONALISED
SUB
they
got
the
ingredients
correct
but
the
BREAD
WRONG.
Therefore
my
mum
and
myself
could
not
eat
the
subs
(due
to
health
requirements).
We
rang
5
TIMES!
And
no
answer,
even
though
this
was
all
before
8pm
(the
ACTUAL
CLOSING
TIME),
the
"young
adult"
appeared
at
the
door
and
once
again
was
about
to
dart
off!
(NOT
even
an
apology)
-
we
explained
we
couldn't
eat
the
subs
and
his
reply
was
"the
place
is
closed
now",
we
asked
POLITELY
if
he
could
get
the
original
female
back
on
the
phone
with
us
so
we
could
have
a
discussion
about
either
a
new
subway
or
some
form
of
refund,
this
young
man
decides
to
not
only
tell
us
repeatedly
it's
closed
and
"not
his
problem"
but
also
how
we
shouldn't
speak
to
him
like
that?!
-
there
was
no
impolite
manner
from
us
only
from
this
young,
impatient
boy.
He
also
informed
us
that
WE
ARE
WRONG
and
how
he
watched
the
woman
make
those
subs
from
fresh
with
everything
correct
(what
happened
to
the
customer
is
always
right?
-
I
guess
that's
out
the
window
when
you
want
to
leave
early.).
We
again
inform
him
the
ingredients
in
the
sub
are
correct
but
the
BREAD
and
the
SAUCE
however
is
not
and
has
been
switched
around
to
which
non
of
us
can
eat
them.
After
WE
inform
him
that
we
aren't
"having
a
go",
he
tells
us
he
will
inform
his
colleague
and
get
her
to
ring
us
back.
Whilst
sitting
and
wondering
how
only
half
of
the
order
is
actually
edible
if
I'm
ever
going
to
get
this
meal
sorted.
It's
now
8.45pm
and
I
have
HEARD
NOTHING
BACK!
If
I
don't
get
a
refund
for
not
only
having
my
time
wasted,
messing
up
the
orders
and
being
spoken
to
DISRESPECTFULLY,
I
WILL
NOT
BE
ORDERING
FROM
THEM
AGAIN.
