A truly beautiful spa with such an amazing ambiance and fabulous facilities. There is a wonderfully inspiring Japanese garden which you can wander round or view while having a lovely lunch. The therapists and treatments are fantastic and so relaxing. I went with a friend and we had the body scrub with back massage - an amazing experience. Can't wait to go again!

I came in for a Facial and spray tan with a girl called Charlene… honestly the best lady I have ever met! She made me feel so relaxed and comfortable considering she would be tanning me and that can sometimes be awkward. She was very attentive to my needs when having the facial and I can honestly say I will be returning for more! I can’t thank you enough Charlene…. The best afternoon I’ve had for awhile

Whilst staying in the hotel we utilised the leisure facilities offered by the spa and they just don't quite seem as luxury as the rest of the hotel. The jacuzzi tub water wasn't particularly clean and had quite a bit of foam which, well maintained water should not have and the pool area was just a little untidy. Nothing a lick of paint and good clean wouldn't sort out, but I felt it was noticeable. It's not a bad place by any means, in fact we still found it very nice to chill out in there, especially the gardens. The gardens are the complete opposite to the pool and seem well maintained and looked after, they were very tranquil. Unfortunately the weather wasn't fantastic when we were there, but I would imagine that on a nice day, enjoying a cocktail whilst in the gardens would be fantastic.

Place is lovely. The treatment was lovely. The only thing I'd say is that the therapists were running late but no updates made to us nor apologies. Nonetheless...it was fab

A beautiful, relaxing and tranquil place. Pool is stunning. Loved the steam room. Great treatments and very oriental in style. Food good but a bit too posh, would have liked to have more salads and sandwiches on the menu. The garden area is amazing.

Excellent hotel in prime location overlooking the Marina. Superb pool setting, good gym, outstanding service from professional and friendly staff. Used to have a very popular bar at the original Dubai Marina Yacht Club which, sadly, is no longer there. Would be nice to see a conventional bar on site.

Really loved it! Such a lovely place and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. My massage was superb and we enjoyed our afternoon tea. Just two tiny things, a workman walked through the restaurant and the pool was on the cool side.

I visited Spa by Kasia recently to have a Medik8 Facial Peel with Lollie - I suffer with acne and pigmentation scarring which is a real insecurity for me. Lollie was very knowledgeable and really listened to how I was feeling throughout the facial. Immediately after the treatment, my skin definitely felt smoother but it was around a week later that I saw the real results. After just one treatment, my texture had improved and my pigmentation scarring definitely appeared lighter, so I’ll definitely be booking in for more…100% recommend!!

Went for some spa treatments with hubby, ladies were lovely and the treatments were nice. The pool area was pretty average. Could make more of it. Garden area absolutely stunning. The area we had our afternoon tea was pretty basic too. Felt like a corridor. Nice experience overall though.

We visited the spa on the 29th of November for our 20th anniversary. The spa itself was good the staff were warm and welcoming and very good at their jobs. The red chandeliers in the relaxation room could do with a good clean as they were covered in cobwebs and dust. It's not very relaxing lying under dirty light fixtures. Our main complaint though is with the leisure facilities. The swimming pool was freezing, the steam room was under temperature too. The Jacuzzi however was ridiculously hot we had to jump out of it and then the party after us did the same it was way over temperature. The showers in the health club do not work properly and were cold. I spoke to a member who told me this has been ongoing for a number of months. The sink and the hair dryer did not work in the male changing rooms which really disappointing. If you used the bathroom you had to wash your hands in the shower. I contacted the spa and was contacted by both the spa manager and the health club manager. The health club manager was dismissive and defensive about the issues that I brought to his attention. He was very condescending in his reply and said that all of the facilities were within their legal limits. I asked him did he calibrate the temperature control equipment or did he just rely on the fact that the settings were correct? No reply 30 days later. I asked him to pass on the issues to a superior again I have not had a reply nor has anyone contacted me. A truly disappointing effort at customer service in a hotel where the standards have clearly dropped from the night of our wedding. We won't be back.

I came to the Spa as a birthday treat from my sister and sister in law. The therapist I saw was named Lollie and she was amazing. She made me feel relaxed, kind went through the process. I would come again but only if I had Lollie as my therapist. Has a fantastic time. Thank you .

Perfect place to wind down and get away from the stresses of every day life. From the moment we walked in we felt peaceful. The staff were lovely, couldn't have been more helpful and the facilities were perfect. Spotlessly clean. Treatments were just as we had asked.

Visited the spa today as a birthday treat from my husband, along with my Mum. From point of reception we we're treated extremely well, lunch was excellent and the spa afternoon was an experience we will never forget. I was treated by Lorraine and my Mum by Lucy, both ladies we're fantastic and we can't thank you both enough for an enjoyable day. We will see you soon xx

I had a wonderful full body massage here ,so relaxing and the therapist was thoughtful and skilled in her craft. As a member I have to say that the changing rooms to the pool facilities are very much in need of some attention !!!

Beautiful place… clean and very friendly efficient staff. Spa treatments lovely and pool great. Spoilt however by a terrible lunch. The crab and prawn started was watery and tasted virtually frozen. The second course we had a steak sandwich - I had decided to eat just the bit of steak. It was a flat greyish anaemic piece of meat with a huge streak of fat through the middle. I have no idea how this steak would have been cooked but it was like an old piece of meat reheated. The waitress saw this and offered to replace it with a desert. A piece of cheesecake came which was totally tasteless so that was also left uneaten. Most concerning is that following this visit I have telephoned twice to complain ( only about the food) twice I have been advised that the kitchen manager will phone me yet still no call has been received. Such a shame Grosvenor Pulford as spa was superb.

Lovely spa day, facilities were beautiful and the treatments amazing. Love the relaxation room, the pool and the outside space. Lunch was a little too heavy though, could have done with half the portions. Everybody so welcoming and helpful. Would really recommend if considering.

Lovely Spa and friendly professional therapists. 5 star to them and for making us very welcome. Recommend. However, the restaurant attached to Spa food and service was poor. Waited over 30 mins for afternoon tea considering pre booked. Table wasn't made up and had chase for side plates and cutlery. No tea arrived and had also chase up. Don't think an isolated incident as other diners had issues.

Just back from a an overnight spa stay. Wow! Absolutely loved it. All staff were so friendly and welcoming. Loved the ambience and relaxing atmosphere. Loved the pool and the delicious lunch. I had a massage and facial from Lorraine. Thank you, it was wonderful. One of my best treatments ever and I felt so relaxed afterwards. The gardens are beautiful. My friends and I can’t wait to come back, it really was wonderful. Thank you all.

Excellent can highly recommend, had a full body massage, which was a birthday treat but well worth the money. I was looked after by Rebecca, she made me feel comfortable and relaxed, she explained the treatment as we went along. She gave great advice following my treatment, will certainly book again.

Me and my boyfriend visited the spa yesterday for my birthday. It was a really relaxing experience, the spa itself is gorgeous and all the staff were lovely. We had a couples massage which was great, mine was wonderful and my boyfriend really enjoyed his too. The only negative was that the lady who gave the massage to my boyfriend kept leaving the room throughout the treatment? He paid full price, however I don’t think the price of the massage reflects what we received. There was no explanation as to why she kept leaving the room and I don’t think it was fair as it is not a cheap treatment and she should have at least made up for the time she left the room.

The Zen garden is beautiful! Needs some TLC post covid but then so did I! Katie the therapist was young and in time I'm sure she will be excellent. Her very gentle facial nonetheless sent me into a deep sleep... Complete with snores🙄. A lovely spa well worth a visit.

Spa was lovely and clean. Massage was wonderful. Toilets inside changing rooms which was inconvenient. My husbands treatment was 15mins late so i was waiting for him after my treatment had finished and kept getting asked what i was waiting for. A larger glass of water would be nice.

Came here for a couples spa overnight stay and had a lovely time despite the kitchens being closed due to covid - they did as much as they could to help this even though it is out of their control. Our therapists Katie and Lucy were amazing at what they do and made us both feel at ease. Would definitely recommend to people wanting a nice stay as both the spa and hotel attached are lovely.

Changing rooms always filthy - complained multiple times and nothing changes. Such a shame as facilities are great.
