I have had 4 appointments with Simon Gow and although my condition has been found to be untreatable through an MRI I cannot praise Simon enough. Not once did he put me at risk untill he knew the facts of my back condition which could of been so different and dangerous for me if he had tried to manipulate my spine. Thank you Simon your a credit to your profession.

Simon was very welcoming and professional. My problem area is deep seated. He was able to give some relief but I will need follow up. I've been given exercises to do at home and they seem to slowly be freeing up the problem area.

It was an absolute pleasure to meet Claire. She’s very professional but with a good sense of humour too, she puts you right at ease from the moment you meet her. Then she checks through your medical history thoroughly and to see what issues you have. Then Claire set about tackling the problem areas. I left with more knowledge of what has been going on, how to address it and improve on things and certainly in a bit less pain than I had been. Next session booked and looking forward to continuing my journey. I can’t recommend Claire highly enough.

My Osteopath is professional and considerate, treatment is always backed up with rationale that is explained and understandable. I feel that i am being treated for me and my current condition, as opposed to being just another number. My time during treatment is not rushed thus enabling a sense of calm. Meadows clinic, provide a vital service...i would not hesitate to recommend this service to anyone requiring additional support and guidence. My mobility has improved and pain levels have subsided.

Claire is a wonderful. Not only is she a lovely, warm and kind person, she is also a true professional. I took my new born son to see her with some difficulties he had since birth and she worked her magic on him. As a family, we were so impressed and grateful. I’ve been seeing Claire for about 4 months and I have seen such an improvement in my alignment and body health. I was suffering with very tight neck and shoulders and hip from poor posture, working from home and on a laptop all day. With Claire’s work, her recommended stretches and exercises things are so much better! I have been suffering with back pain for a few months now and come across Claire via good search. The day before my appointment my back really went and I was in a lot of pain. Claire was really nice and made me feel at ease and not awkward at all. Once he had worked on me, I felt some instant relief. Two days later and the pain has reduced significantly and although not completely fixed yet (I have another session booked due to the severity) I was very impressed with how quickly it had worked.
