    Worst experience ever. Just recently I went for my first covid vaccination here. I suffered breathing problems and muscle pain bad side effects. I had the first 7 days to recover. Then the next week I spoke to the doctor on the phone. Telling her my state and I am not fit to go work. They then gave me 1 week sick note. Then next following week I still was suffering in pain. As it's very difficult to constantly keeping calling at 8am in the morning and then waiting for over 1 hour for them to pick up the phone. I decided to go to the reception and request for them to give me another week sick note. Later I came in for the sick note the same doctor refused to give me a sick note. Without any valid reason and she did not even see me or do a examination on me. I later told the receptionist again message the doctor to give me the weeks sick note as I didn't go to work. The second time same doctor refused it. I asked to have a chat to the practice manager. They didn't come to see me and said they will give you a ring on the phone. Still they did not. And now over these doctors and managers I lost out a full week of wages. Just because I doctor could not give me another week of sick not. The government tells us to get the vaccination and some people are OK and some people get bad side affects. Honestly is the best policy. Be careful everyone some doctors treat you very bad and don't care about you at all. This place is disgusting the way they treat the patients. This place should be shut down for good.

    I have had a few problems with this gp centre, worst in Sheffield- all staff are equally bad! & that’s if you can ever get an appointment! This time is especially bad as I burnt my leg two weeks ago & could only get to see a nurse- who gave me the complete wrong advice entirely! 7 days later I had a serious infection and was sent to the walk in centre by receptionist at this surgery. The Walk in centre after 4 hours sent me too hallamshire hospital we’re my burn was also to serious for them to treat, I have now been seen by burns unit at northern general who are going to have to perform surgery & skin graft due to me not seeing a doctor on the day I asked, by me not been given the correct aftercare advice & not being referred on that day to the burns unit, this has now caused all this serious pain/suffering & ongoing treatment & I’m guessing a lot more nhs money? I’m very upset, I’m leaving this surgery & I am following this up with complaints with the ombudsman bc this place needs shutting down! I can’t believe we are actually being told we cannot see a doctor when we actually need to see one, or wait 3 weeks? I’m asking who is assessing now if we need to see a gp- there’s no triage at this centre by nurses- it’s all down to the receptionist who should not be deciding this & we do know they have emergency appointments if they need to access them!! And also the nurse that assessed my burn could have got a doctor to come and double check it or refer me on the day to the burns unit like the walk in centre did straight away- Thankyou to rockingham street walk in centre for your time & care 🙏🏻

    Can't get through the phone to book an appointment, and receptionists on phone are not helpful at all. Giving appointments after 4 weeks date. How is this fair and justified for someone who needs to see a doctor?

    I don’t want to give even one star but that’s the only option. You guys are not the worth of one star even 1-2 doctors are nice and some doctors are extremely unprofessional and don’t deserve the position. I had a phone appointment on Friday and I am on new medication and am getting really bad side effects. He didn’t even offer to see me face to face to look at my skin as I was begging reaction, he said told me he can give me new medicine and there’s nothing else he can do. if I wanted a new appointment then I need to call again and by that time there was no appointment available. He was extremely rude and inconsiderate this doctor. He told me my sick note ran out on 21st but he kept telling he runs out on 26 so I need to call a day before! But I called as he advised and they telling me they short on staff they can’t do nothing. Such a bad experience with this GP. They need to fix themselves, they don’t realise how much they service effects other peoples live. Am absolutely disgusted by they service, it is so poor. I never complain about anything but this was too much. If your patient is voicing they concern about they health. As a doctor it is your duty to listen to them!!!

    Friendly staff abetted my call very quickly and i got an appointment the same day. I only had to wait 15 mins when i arrived. My consultation was very professional and thorough. Advice and treatment was precise and my prescription was waiting for me when i went to get it from my preferred chemist.

    Today I phoned doctors at 11 a.m. they did not answer until 2.15. Looking at the other remarks on here it would appear that this has been the case for years. The new telephone service that was supposed to make things better for us to get through informed that there were 30 people waiting! This is not enabling patients to make appointments or ask for advice. I asked to speak to the practice manager but was advised they were on holiday today. That means a letter to my MP. Please don't put up with this folks. Contact your councillor or MP

    I can't get appointments. My husband is diabetes and as well can't get appointment his medication is finish but can't get prescription he call them 8am they said call 10.30am so he called again they said they are on training, it's totally awful.

    the worst gp in Sheffield, 3 weeks can not get an appointment, I call them from 8 am they answer after 9 am and they are already full and they can not make an appointment. it's easier to die than to see a doctor in this gp. how can you influence them where you can call or write?!

    One of the receptionist is VERY rude does not give time to LISTEN to patients. Patient with learning difficulties and autistic sometimes need time to explain but has not got time which is extra 2 mins. Theres just rush. No care or empathy just bland. GP surgery needs empathetic yet professional reception which some of them are. But that one needs sacking shes been there for years and just forgot how to speak to patients. Also appointments they only provide 1 even tho you suffer from multiple issues which needs looking at thats what GP are for. People paid IHS fees costing thousands for NHS treatment this is what they get. What if someone has recently moved with MULTIPLE Heart problems and Thyroid and all other conditions that is critical which needs seeing as they got treated abroad if you provide 1 appointments per day? People use GP surgery for critical use its not a walk in the park for alot of people so please be CARING, COMPASSIONATE AND try to understand patients as NOT all patients want to WASTE YOUR TIMR..     Would mark as 0 if I could. 4 months in a row they have failed to fill out my repeat prescription. 4 months in a row i have had to sit in a call queue for over 20 minutes each time. I have run out of medication again. Calling the surgery is almost impossible to get through too. And when you do the Staff are beyond rude! I have also raised a formal complaint with the NHS complaints service. Shocking!

    I have waited 18 minutes for my call to be answered for my elderly mum. Totally unacceptable. J understand that patients cannot visit the centre so you would think that knowing this there would be knowledge that this would incur more phone calls this a reshuffling of resources . It's not the first time I've threatened to pull mum out of the practice.

    No matter what time you ring them they will say all appointments gone visit walking Center since 2013 till now not once I manage to get appointment from them you have to wait 1hour from 8oclock by 9 they will say all appointments gone than my friend dialled after me straight away she got the appointment need to change my surgery for good

    Absolutelt insane booking triage system. Im diabetic with an infected lesion and they gave me an online only decision and appointment for 5 days later without even speaking to me. . Rang, they wont change appointment to sooner. Absolutly aweful no patient accountability or proper triage.

    My elderly parents have been charged £30 for 3 phone calls to this GP practice. Im told that even when you waiting in the extremely long waiting queue, your call will be still charged, even though it hasn't been answered. If anyone knows a way to complain about such disproportionate charging, please reply to my post.

    Thank you Alex for remembering my dad’s prescription - as soon as I mentioned it was delayed you knew where it was immediately! Great service . Area of improvement for improved satisfaction all around- you need an option of avoiding the pre recorded call which, considering it is a medical help call, needs to be shorter and not one you have to listen to each time. speak to your Telephonist provider and they can provide this option

    I saw the Physiotherapist Abban, he is really nice and listened to me explain my problems and then made sure I understood what he wanted me to do and to contact him if I needed anymore help.

    I just visited here today to have my first covid vaccination, and was very impressed as to how well the staff ran things there. The whole process was smooth and well-organised, and all the staff were lovely and kind, especially the nurse who gave me the vaccination. Unfortunately I can't remember her name but she was very nice and friendly. This all helped me feel more comfortable and at ease since I don't particularly like vaccinations. I hope to go back here again for my second dose soon :)

    I used this an out of hours surgery over the weekend. The service was brilliant and they treated me very well. Can't understand why there are so many bad reviews. The girls working there were all so friendly and cheerful.

    Just got my covid vaccine here and it was the best vaccine experience I've had in a long time. I get very dizzy every time I have a vaccine and often faint. Normally providers dismiss me when I tell them this and it ends up being traumatic for everyone involved, but the staff here were so lovely, listened to everything I had to say, and couldn't do enough for me. First time I haven't fainted from a vaccine in over ten years! Big thank you to the doctor who did it for me, although I didn't catch your name! 💜

    I came here as an out of hours appointment for my toddler. We wasn't waiting long and the receptionists and doctor that we saw were friendly and helpful. I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews!

    Couldn't give 0 stars Was sent here from 111. Arrived a few minutes late due to traffic. Receptionist tried to book me in but gp had allready noted that I hadn't attended. Sat in reception over 30 minutes waiting for gp to reply and then told to rebook with my own gp Bad patient care especially with someone who attended with breathing problems.

    I do not recommend and that's why I want to change a doctor very young from China is very unpleasant at the reception they do not help pretending that they do not understand the prescription they do not prescribe exactly in the pharmacy and they ask who prescribed it for me if it was a doctor for 3 months and I still do not know the doses I already I have enough every month I have to go every day and remind myself it is funny and the doctor from China is young and not pleasant he will not let you say a word

    I can't complain always receive very good patients care from reception staff as well doctors. Always receive a appointment without any issues, either by phone or in person for myself or my children as well as recieving great treatment each time
