I
have
had
a
few
problems
with
this
gp
centre,
worst
in
Sheffield-
all
staff
are
equally
bad!
&
that’s
if
you
can
ever
get
an
appointment!
This
time
is
especially
bad
as
I
burnt
my
leg
two
weeks
ago
&
could
only
get
to
see
a
nurse-
who
gave
me
the
complete
wrong
advice
entirely!

days
later
I
had
a
serious
infection
and
was
sent
to
the
walk
in
centre
by
receptionist
at
this
surgery.
The
Walk
in
centre
after
4
hours
sent
me
too
hallamshire
hospital
we’re
my
burn
was
also
to
serious
for
them
to
treat,
I
have
now
been
seen
by
burns
unit
at
northern
general
who
are
going
to
have
to
perform
surgery
&
skin
graft
due
to
me
not
seeing
a
doctor
on
the
day
I
asked,
by
me
not
been
given
the
correct
aftercare
advice
&
not
being
referred
on
that
day
to
the
burns
unit,
this
has
now
caused
all
this
serious
pain/suffering
&
ongoing
treatment
&
I’m
guessing
a
lot
more
nhs
money?
I’m
very
upset,
I’m
leaving
this
surgery
&
I
am
following
this
up
with
complaints
with
the
ombudsman
bc
this
place
needs
shutting
down!
I
can’t
believe
we
are
actually
being
told
we
cannot
see
a
doctor
when
we
actually
need
to
see
one,
or
wait
3
weeks?
I’m
asking
who
is
assessing
now
if
we
need
to
see
a
gp-
there’s
no
triage
at
this
centre
by
nurses-
it’s
all
down
to
the
receptionist
who
should
not
be
deciding
this
&
we
do
know
they
have
emergency
appointments
if
they
need
to
access
them!!
And
also
the
nurse
that
assessed
my
burn
could
have
got
a
doctor
to
come
and
double
check
it
or
refer
me
on
the
day
to
the
burns
unit
like
the
walk
in
centre
did
straight
away-
