I visited B&M at Crostons retail park Bury on Thursday 24th March to buy some decorative stone for my garden. I knew i needed a lot and i asked a member of staff to help me, his name was Paul and it was his first day in the job. Paul was fantastic, very professional and above all very kind helping to load the stones onto the trolley, stayed with me at the checkout and unloaded them into my car. He was very chatty and pleasant and i couldn't have managed them without his help. He is an asset to your work force, please pass on my thanks to him.

This place masquerades as a discount store, but in reality , lots of the products are overpriced that's it I'm done

Just been in the shop and was just being served when I heard a bark. Turned round to see the customer behind me had brought their dog in the shop!!! I've had a lifelong fear of dogs and am now not safe and comfortable to go in here either. When I got home I tried to phone and ask the policy on allowing dogs in the store but there was no option for anyone to answer my call. What great customer service - NOT.

Absolutely brilliant so big...not anough staff on shop floor..

The best B and M I've been to. It has a great home section which non of the 3 I have near my home have.

This place is one of my favourites it's amazing. Lots of choice and different products.

Prices are really great, you can get nearly everything you won't.

Very disappointing, got distracted with all the bargains to be had and forgot all about the item I had actually gone in for. Staff were friendly and really quite a large range for a relatively average shop size. Such a wide range of wallpaper for such reasonable prices. Literally, a little nit of everything here.

Decent size store and has the outdoor garden section too. Car park can get a bit busy especially at weekends but evenings are usually pretty quiet. Wide range of products and shelves usually well stocked. Need to know your prices vs other stores as often pack sizes seem to differ and are not as value for money

This store is Massive and has got absolutely Everything. At reasonable prices too. Very helpful staff. I went these last few days on 2 occasions as I needed King size Bedding and Everything to match. Staff helped and spent about £270 on Bedding, Pillows, Blankets etc!! But am glad I brought What I needed and it was Fantastic quality the Bedding, Designs are also Good. If anyone Needs Bedding then please Buy it from this store as a lot of choice and Everything matching if needed. Don't waste your time, Getting from other shops and Stores. B&M all the way! Am in love with the bedding!! Rooms look absolutely Gorgeous with Matching Things from A-Z. Thank you also to the 2 Customers who also helped me !! 😀

Airy, spacious, good variety and great prices. A few odd things are not a bargain, so be sensible and don't get carried away, but if you shop wisely you can save a fortune. Staff are always lovely, helpful and really try not to get into your way 🙂

Lots of spaces to park in and the store is accessible to all. Lots of choice in the food sections, which are split into two sections. The cold store section is at the end of your shop, which is a good idea. You start your shopping with food shelves - tins, packets, boxes, etc. The bulk of the store has household items, gifts, toys, furniture, electrical and gardening. You can also feed and treat your pets. This store has the added bonus of an outside garden section, with plants, compost, pots, fencing and sheds. I found that some of the plants needed some TLC. If you buy large or heavy items, some of the staff will help you through the till and to your car, which I find extremely helpful. edit: just been again today and the plants still need TLC - B&M hire someone who knows about plants. One member of staff was extremely helpful regarding buying items that were outside - thank you.

Always great service here. The garden centre is small but has a good selection of plants and garden decorations.

Who doesn't love a B&M? You go in for a few tins if beans, and you come out with bags of crisps, 6 bottles of wine, new moisturiser, curtains, a full garden furniture set and a coat for a dog you don't even have. The variety of products available at b&m is insane and they are all decent quality. It's a fantastic store for presents - especially at Christmas time! My god! I love B&M at Christmas. I could go a few times a week! Definitely worth a visit! **update** Visited during spring/summer time and the range of garden products was excellent. There is always an incredible array of products (whether you know you needed them or not 😉) and is a fantastic place to stock up on school supplies without breaking the bank. Today I noticed that they had school shoes which were of good quality and in a wide range of sizes. God I love this shop!

Had to return and get a refund for some items bought from a different branch of B & M. The Manager was called to sort the refund, but then stayed on the till and put all my shopping through and completed the transaction whilst smiling, chatting to me and apologising that the refund was taking a while. I was very impressed... I find that most management these days think serving customers is beneath them. Well done B&M Bury. 😊

Good service, obtained product I was after and with a discount.

Do not choose the plants on display at the front of the shop. Go into the garden centre at the back. You will find a bigger range and better looked after. Bedding plants have been in short supply in many stores. A tray of mixed petunias and of mixed stocks were both in very good condition and good value. They are all thriving. Gets very busy at weekends.
