experience
ever!
After
you
paid
you
are
nothing.
We
ordered
a
sofa
and
the
first
question
I
asked
is
if
this
sofa
can
get
into
my
house,
I
explained
it
is
a
Terrance
house
with
proper
size
door.
He
said
yes
so
I
decide
to
buy
it.
However,
just
half
of
the
sofa
can
get
though
and
they
are
going
to
charge
me
180
pound
to
cut
down
the
size.
I
called
the
shop
and
he
said
it
is
my
responsibility,
I
told
him
that
is
exactly
the
question
I
asked
and
I
will
not
buy
if
I
know
it
can’t
get
though.
I
asked
if
I
can
refund
and
he
said
I
can’t
because
I
signed
the
documents.
Every
time
I
called
for
forward
up
and
there
is
no
one
pick
up
my
call,
leaving
message
and
no
one
get
back
to
me.
At
the
end
I
give
up
and
willing
to
pay
110
but
till
now
more
than
2
weeks,
no
one
contact
me
for
any
update
and
I
still
only
got
half
of
my
sofa
in
the
house.
My
experience
is
after
you
paid
the
money
you
are
nothing,
and
the
customer
service
is
poor.
I
want
to
give
0
star
but
there
is
no
option
which
I
am
forced
to
give
them
1
star
here.
