    Good location and nice property. Cross ventilation in all apartments with balconies in all rooms. Sea View from the higher floor. Excellent Roof Top amenities on 15th floor with Spacious Gym, Kids Play Area, Steam Room, Indoor Games Room, Open Cafe, Party Lawn with 100% power back up. Sufficient Parking available.

    Not worth a star. Surprised with the way the sales women handled the call. Absolute unprofessional. Wondering how Nahar group is surviving. Lucky i have the call recorded with which im going to take it upto the rera and then legally. Horrible arrogant sales women!!!
