You will not get any offers from Samsung's own "My galaxy" app here. They will not give exchange offer even though Samsung has guaranteed it through its own app. I got quotation from Samsung and when I approached this shop they are telling that they cannot take it. Bad customer service. Never take any phone from here.

Worst customer service.Recently I bought a phone from this shop. At that time samsung is giving cash back offer, the sales man also said the offer is available and cash back will be given to my account within 3 months. Even after 5 months there is no cash back , I went to this shop directly to ask them, then they are saying that the offer cannot be given to me, because there is no offer given by company at that time when I took the phone. Don't purchase from here.

Most of the accessories are available but in very small numbers. Anything connected to old models are not stocked. The sales executives are well behaved and polite. Always willing to help.

I have purchased a smartphone from this store 3months ago. And i'm happy with the offers and deals that they provided. Seems all kind of smartphones and gadgets available @my home town store. Sure i'll visit this store again for Samsung products 👍🏻 👍🏻
