Jolly silks is always one of my favorite textile shops in Thiruvalla. Whenever I went there, i had a wonderful experience with them.They have good collection of clothes and the staffs were very friendly.

Sumitha was really a very helpful person and of real help. I purchased a lot only because of her approachable attitude. She had the extra patience to be with us and assist us for a whole day. She is an ideal example how salespeople should be Hats off to her!!

Nice clothes but price is very high

While purchasing they make tall promises, easy exchange and all. But today I went a requested a size change for my kids kurta and dhoti.. And it was like without even checking that lady said, same pattern not available and after much prodding she checked and as expectedshe returned and said not available..even a simple dhoti (munde) of a higher size not available... What's the point of opening a 3 storey building with nothing inside in the centre of thiruvalla town... Even to make payment had to wait in Q for over 15_20mins and that too no rush... Probably my last visit...

It's a good place for shopping clothes. The employees are also nice :)

U r gonna find a wide range variety of collections here... And the staffs here are so cooperative.. the service also is perfect...

One of the largest and best silks showroom in Thiruvalla. Has many national and international clothing brands under one roof. Offers a wide range of textiles and garments for all both male & female. The staffs are friendly but they are quite slow to respond. If you are here for Wedding collection, they do have some good collections. They also have some good branded watches such as Fossil, Seiko, Casio and G-Shock etc. The parking space during peak hours can be a bit frustrating need not worry they do have valet service. Restrooms and Prayer rooms are located on the top floor.

Always a good place to shop. Archana on the 3rd floor was super helpful and got the right clothes we were looking for! Super sweet and helpful! Jolly silks is lucky to have an employee like her and her team.

The service provided by Jolly silks and product selection is excellent. Staffs are also so very helpful especially Mr.Shake Mustafa whom I personally irritated a lot on my selection but still patiently stood by me and helped me.

I am absolutely surprised, in a very good way, about their service. They made my mother's Day by cutting a cake for her on Oct 1, a day which they have called other members too to celebrate the occasion of birthdays and anniversaries for the month of September. Along with this, my mother and I went to the saree counter to purchase a saree. The staff, including Kavitha Sujith, were very helpful in helping us choose a saree of our choice.

Easy to access. Well-mannered staff. Good parking for four-wheelers. Two-wheelers have to be parked outside, next to the curb.

Our experience was very good here. Soumya was extremely accommodating. Being pregnant, they were very helpful in finding things for each stage of my pregnancy. She was inviting and friendly. Will definitely come back!

Extremely bad behavior at the building reception and the security guard. I will give minus 5 if available for their approach. Should not put local people for these type of jobs, otherwise they will ruin your reputation. There’s a manager and he said he will take action but nothing happened, as the same issue conveyed to him during my last visit also. In other words the staff except these guys are extremely professional and product quality availability of selection are fantastic. At the end of the day, appoint a lady with professionalism will avoid the issue.
