Pathetic… Less parking space and significant delay in billing. They have delivery service available so I recommend everyone to use their online service. Was A mistake to drop by when multiple other better options were available nearby.

Great price, good service. They're doing fantastic work in this lockdown period. We are very much satisfied with their home delivery service for online booking. Vegetables, Milk, curd, grocery, snacks, stationery, everything is there and it will be delivered to your doorstep. Often invoice bill will be less than the published rates. The worst outlet ever visited. This store is operating with pathetic management, they don’t have a proper layout. The complete store is messed up with stocks, They don’t know how to treat their customers. In these pictures you can clearly see the discomforts of customers.

More than the customers it's the sales persons who are there who will be disturbing us. First is the SBI card which is a pathetic way of talking, then there is the cake sales team and now panner sales team. But in the billing counter there won't be any staff and there is a long and even on other counters. They are mainly into selling these things. It's now hectic!!

Variety of items on sale is average. Staff is helpful. The billing counter is very slow and crowdy. They refused to accept Cards or any digital payment citing network issues. A brand supermarket with this much reach and potential should try to iron out such issues asap!

Biggest supermarket in Chengannur. But staff can be a bit more polite and helpful. They behave more like govt. office employees and are very reluctant to offer any assistance to the customers. They are more interested in talking to each other, than offering any help. Also they are always loading the racks with their loading carts, and do not give any consideration to the customers moving around with their carts, and most of the racks are always busy with these staff loading them with new items. Parking space is average, but that too is not managed properly. They need to post a dedicated security guy here to guide the customer vehicles in and out of the parking space. Inspite of all this, this supermarket has a wide-range of all products and brands, which is far superior to any other shop in Chengannur. Also they offer the biggest discounts than any others.

Good service, big shop, helpful staff, good customer service. All are very good but less parking space. every time lot of customer wait outside due to less parking space.

Lots of products, large variety for selection. Selling prices of all products are not displayed. You have to ask the salesman about the price. Many cash counters are there. I visited around 9:30 am. not busy at that time.

Very nice place. A lot of things are there. All the essential items that a family needs can be bought from here. So one trip there will satisfy most of your household needs. Holidays can be a bit rushed. The parking space is nice and enough. But as I said on holidays, parking will be tight.

Online order placed, money paid within few seconds. Delivery arrived after two days, poor packing, products were damaged. Return request placed, and it’s been three days, request is still pending. Product has already done with its ‘used by’ date. Excellent service Reliance 👏 👏

Good qulity products..huge parking area....atracting offers..

Early it was so nice and a lot of products were available at an attractive price. But nowadays there are not that many products available and don't have enough attractiveness. Really have a very nice crew. And have fewer vehicle parking facilities and no one there to guide the traffic control..

This is the best Supermarket in chengannur area with wide variety of groceries and household stuffs. You will land up seeing many offers similar to that in flipkart or amazon. Economical and quality 👍 Parking can be a bit tough for cars at peak time.

Offer offer offer uff...too many offer. Me myself got confused. What all to buy.. Soo many things with so good offer.. Mind blowing offer.. Customer service is just okay.. Availability of products is alot.. Spot of that mart is not much good.. Parking and all is available but the road to that place is not that good filled with traffic 🙂.

One of the good outlets of Reliance with plenty of parking space even though the approach from MC Road is bit congested. The store is well stocked and there are usually good offers. Go before noon for fresh leafy vegetables. Been a regular customer ever since they opened up.

Reliance Mart is quite close to us, probably within 3 kilometers. I work in Bangalore, so I usually order products from JioMart for my mom. However, the app itself has issues. When I try to order, it shows a different pin code and redirects to the Thiruvalla JioMart, which doesn't deliver here. When I order from Chengannur, it takes two days for the delivery. This service is disappointing. I really wish there were more competitors like Zepto and Blinkit, which deliver products within 20 minutes. It's just frustrating! Pathetic.

The store is nice with variety of items but the staff there is so unprofessional, they’ll be walking around and loose talking between each other. I enquired about one of the product to a staff, she just said I don’t know and left like she doesn’t work there. And they’re gathered around in between aisles talking to loudly among each other, they won’t even move and give us a space even if we wanted to take something from the shelves.
