Very good budget hotel. Stayed for 1 night with family (spouse and 4yr old kid). Decent sized room - neat and clean. 5*5 sized bath room and maintained nicely. TV, fan and lights were working without issue. Cup boards are also built in a way that they don't use lot of space. It is at the centre and near to metro station and north railway station. It has inbuilt restaurant and chef prepares food as per demand as per Menu. We ordered chicken fried rice and it was tasty. Person at the reception and staff are very friendly. Check in process was smooth - booking was done via Make My Trip. Pics of the room are attached. Would definitely recommend. Restaurant menu is attached. Marine drive and ILoveKochi board are around 3km from hotel.

Great hotel, comfortable room and everything works. Service of the staff was amazing and hotel has a good, affordable restaurant as well. Rooms are a tiny bit more upper class in regards to price however totally worth it. Double room was for couples!

This place has such great hospitality! They truly care about you as a guest. What won me was the love from the kitchen. They made food based on my order, and they were generous with what they served. It was fresh, DELICIOUS food. Omer Farooq was the chef on my first day there, and he lit up my day with the love he put into his food.

Great hostel in North Kochi, close to Town Hall metro station. Really well looked after and clean, the staff is extremely helpful sweet and with a big smile on their faces. The food provided is also amazing! If you are looking for a great accommodation. I’ll definitely come back!

I had a wonderful experience at the North Centre Hotel. The rooms were clean, very comfortable and sevice was exceptional. The staff members are highly professional. Every one on the front desk was pleasant and delightful. Also, Mr. Jason and Akhil deserve special recognition. They were extremely accommodating and had catered to our local travel needs. This place is so good for stay, the rooms and accessories provided were really great. I came with my friend and both of us had a great stay. We were also provided with the best cleaning services and breakfast. Especially Akhil and Aasif are so helpful, all staff of North Center is very kind and helpful. We were girls on the trip and staff also arranged a cab for our further journey which was so needed for us as a tourist in this city. I would always recommend this place for a stay. And additionally it's nearer to metro station, railway station and there are many restaurants to eat and roam around.

Since the flight was delayed we checked in @11.40 p.m. The hotel staff were able to provide dinner within 20 minutes and it was really nice. The ambience, accommodation, hospitality and courtesy of front room staff, complimentary breakfast -- everything was fantastic. Without any hesitation I recommend this hotel to the travellers..We also look forward to revisit this place!!

I am on a travel plan with my parents and was looking for a one day stay close to Ernakulum north railway station, that will be clean with good staff. Plus vicinity to local market for a bit of shopping as well. Reviews by fellow travellers pointed me to North Centre hotel. I have to say all that was said about this Hotel was to the point. I was assisted by Vishnu who is courteous and very helpful. Rooms were neat and clean and customer service of the staff is commendable. Hotel has its own restaurant that serves delicious food. I was not expecting the food to be the best but it was actually delicious. Every request was fulfilled with great attention and therefore we are completely happy with this experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to fellow travellers.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 days. The room I stayed is very clean and tidy. The service is very good. This hotel located very near to the Ernakulam Town railway station. I recommend those who wants to visit Ernakulam may stay in this hotel. The hotel restaurant is also neat and tidy and hygienic and for those who stayed in the hotel are offered breakfast free of cost. Mr. Rakhsith who served me the food is very humble. Due to his multi language skill I don't face difficulties. He advised many tourist places which are really wonderful.

I stayed for one night and had a flight late evening next day, they let me to do late check out. Manager and staff were super attentive and friendly. There is good south Indian breakie served for some extra money. Very close to train and metro. Highly reccomend! Only thing was the bed was very hard in the dorms.

For the budget conscious and yet the quality of service is excellent. Every nook and corner is clean, the rooms are also well maintained and most importantly the staff is very well trained. We felt taken care of the entire time. Would definitely stay here if ever come back to Kochi. 👍🏾

Front desk staffs were really nice and professional especially Akhil. Though our stay was very short at the NCH and only the downside was the issue with the hot water, like we also encountered this in Munnar, where they tell you to throw (my term : waste) initial 2-3 buckets of cold water to get the hot water. Assuming the body's comfortable warm temperature being around over 25. to 35 deg c, though not measured at NCH, this felt below 25 (not up to par). Though they had offered traditional ways of offering hot water buckets in the room in the morning, unfortunately it didn't help because we had to leave the hotel too to be on the road. However all attempts were made to make our stay comfortable. They had also arranged a driver with a cab for our Kerala trip which helped us a lot. The driver was very professional and courteous. So probably may give 4.5 out of 5. The distance from the Ernakulam Junction Train station to North Center Hotel was about 4 kms or little less (about 12 minutes drive) via a prepaid cab it cost us Rs 500 and porters cost extra as we had more luggages.

This hotel is nearest to metro station Town Hall metro and we stayed at this 3 star hotel for one day. The stay was comfortable and pleasant. Good room, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and enough storage for bags and clothes. The service is quick and food is good. Centre Square Mall is nearby to the hotel. Overall comfortable stay.

Stayed here my first 2 night in India. Accomodation was clean and great value. Staff were very helpful and even helped me book my trains down south. On my return I stayed for a night and the standard was the same and to top it off i had left a small black pouch on my previous stay and they had kept it incase I came back! Would recommend

Rooms were very clean and tidy. Staff was very friendly and co operative. Best part was the food- so delicious and good quality. Loved the dinner and well as the breakfast spread. This hotel/ hostel is total value for money.

We stayed for 4 days and had a wonderful experience. Located very close to town hall metro station. Rooms are very good. Reception staff (vishnu) are cooperative. Complementary Breakfast was decent. Special mention about Chef who is very caring and cooked whatever we wanted.
