Don't know where to start with but firstly I would like to say about this hotel that IT IS ASTONISHING, AMAZING, FABULOUS and what not. This place has it all. This place is worth every dime and every penny of it. The food was lovely, the staff is so great and on top of it, the location is mind blowing. You can enjoy every second of your stay without any hassle. We were there in mid-July season. The swimming pool was good though it wasn't clean at that time due to bad weather and also, we couldn't enjoy it because of very heavy rainfall and cold. It was such a joyous and lovely experience which can not be forgotten easily. This place has won many awards and recognitions all around the country which we were able to see and experience it. I have never been to a hotel and came back this happy in my life. You just cannot make out any faults (except the muffins we had in the breakfast ;) ). The room service was very good and the staff was smiling and greeting us all the time (just forgot to tip the staff as they helped us with our luggage). Everyone should at least stay here for a day or two. Keep going guys, you are doing amazing. Kudos

Pros: Good atmosphere, good food and neat environment. Might be good for couple and family. Cons: Too expensive and support staff are not cooperative and they are not trained well. As a customer, we were a group of people from a corporate office and we are not at all satisfied with the way which they have treated us. Do not expect any facility of a star rated hotel.

Hotel was decent and clean. Reception staff should know and understand what the customer is speaking. That is not there. TV should have all channels as tourists are from all over the country. After we had dinner, vessels were not taken . We completed dinner by 9 pm and next day 11 am , when we were checking out, vessels were still there. These are suggestions for improvement.

It's a good, clean and safe resort. - Improvement: need to be improved in providing facilities like Gem and to arrange activities at night as it's small resort and the guest feels boring after sunset. The resort in general is to be recommended, the y have many positive points, front desk team is very supportive, GM is good listener, restaurant staff are very supportive and they do care and attend even kids requirements. Laundry service is very fast and well done. Need to improve in the check in process as still taking time, needs to add gym facilities as the place not supporting the outdoor workouts and room service to be more faster in getting things done. Room 101 is not to be used as a room as it is near the playing hall and in top of food preparation place.

Cleanliness of the resort is the first part to be highlighted. It is well maintained by the support staff. The rooms are in very good view points and neatly maintained. The food here is decent when compared to other resorts I stayed in Munnar. The restaurant provides both open and closed views for dining. The staff here seems to be well trained and more cautious. They understand the needs of the guests and greet them with smile. The highlight is the send off they provide. Everyone in the reception comes out and bid bye with a happy face which was glad and refreshing. We came on a long bike drive to Munnar and satisfied with this resort.

We stayed at Fog during the Christmas holidays. The rooms were beautiful. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Totally enjoyed the property and the stay. The hotel is at a hilltop with great views. They had a very good spread for breakfast and great options for meals. The front desk as well as the hotel staff were very helpful and made our stay quite pleasent.

The resort was very good . Nice ambience and the view also beautiful. The staffs were polite and their hospitality was also appreciable. The food and drinks were freshly made and refreshing. The cottage given to us was super clean and beautiful.

Overall t he experience was great. The staff is very polite and helpful. The food is great. Just one small suggestion, during peak breakfast hours on the weekend when there is a lot of guests, the service takes a lot longer. We had to insist/inquire on our food multiple times. Please add more staff during peak hours for a better experience.

The first thing you'll notice about this hotel is that the rooms are huge and have some of the best views ever. You truly feel like you're living in the mountains but in luxury. The rooms were fairly clean too. Customer service was great. Only thing I'd improve is the breakfast. There were tons of options, but nothing was really that delicious. Coffee was very good.

The biggest plus point is scenic views from the rooms and dining area. Breakfast buffet spread was good in taste and quality. Al-a-carte food was tasty too. Staff is very polite and welcoming. Overall a very pleasant stay for us.

The Fog resort is very nice place to stay. Rooms are spacious, neat and clean. Room service is prompt and entire staff is very supportive and humble. Food quality is also very good. I will recommend to stay in Fog resort at Munnar.

The road to the resort is quite decent. It's very easy to reach the resort just by following the Google maps. Talking about the resort, the resort is located at a very decent place with great surroundings. The rooms are very cozy. The staff is very courteous. They tend to every query you have. Overall had a great stay at the resort and would recommend to anyone visiting Munnar.

Had a great time at the hotel. Staff is extremely courteous.Indoor activity area is available to while away your time in case it rains, which is quite often. Food is very good. Rijo, our guide gave us a great city tour in the jeep. view of misty mountains from our room was breathtaking.

This is one of the best experiences I have ever had. The resort itself was beautiful, and the location was perfect. The scenery was breathtaking, and the staff was incredibly accommodating. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the food was amazing.

One of the best resorts I’ve ever been. The serene scenic view from their premium valley rooms is breathtaking. The staff was very courteous and had a very warm welcome during our checkin. The chef and the restaurant staff were also prompt for any issues. The food is also good with sumptuous dishes in buffet breakfast. The a la carte menu is also good. Overall the stay is worth it and especially because of its great cordial staff it takes it to another level. Would really recommend this resort for a great family stay experience.

Great resort in a lovely picturesque setting. Beautiful spacious rooms with an amazing view. Would highly recommend the cottage rooms. Loved the top-notch level of service and amenities. The resort was very naturistic family friendly. Nice ambience and the view also beautiful. But wasn't spacious. The staffs were polite and their hospitality was also appreciable. The food and drinks were freshly made and refreshing. The drawback I felt was, there were no activities provided there.The cottage given to us was super clean and beautiful, the rooms seems smaller than we expected from the photographs they provided.Parking facility was not satisfactory. I have stayed in The Fog Resort with my wife and parents recently and we had an amazing time. All staff are highly skilled, professional and accommodating. The campus including rooms are crystal cleaned and help is always available in few minutes if time. We were greeted and welcomed well, and their hospitality is highly appreciated. Great thanks for Mr. Praveen and all his staff members for making our stay amazing and we are taking cheerful memories with us. Excellent one. Really loved their service and location. Courteous staff. Highly recommended. Also I need to mention their breakfast and dinner menu is elaborate and fantastic. On top of that we stayed their for 3 days and one late night my hand was cut and we called the reception. Immediately the emergency guy came and dressed my hand well. I definitely say this is one of the best resort in Munnar. Hats off to you guys

It was a great experience...especially loved the views from the pool, restaurant and the room. Dinner buffet was a bit of a let down but made it up with breakfast buffet which was excellent with good variety of Indian and continental dishes. Wow fi speed could be improved. Loved the spa services. Would definitely visit again

Beautiful resort with clean and spacious rooms. Magnificent view of mountains and valleys from the room balcony, one can even enjoy the picturesque views from the bed. Excellent buffet breakfast and dinner with vide variety of delicious recipes. Swimming pool just added to the memorable stay. Room service needs some improvement.

We had a great stay at The Fog Munnar. Booked a villa which was perfect for five people and a kid. Villa had two rooms with attached baths, a hall, kitchen, and balcony. Excellent view from the balcony. The breakfast was also quite good. Not too far from tourist spots.

Had an amazing experience in the hotel. The hospitality is too good and they ensure the folks are happy. There are several activities within the hotel premises itself which is interesting. However, the place isn't exactly located in Munnar, which might add to the travel cost for sightseeing.

We had a very relaxed stay at Fog, Munnar. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff. The cottage rooms were well equipped and has an amazing view from the balcony. The swimming pool was great- not to mention the view. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide spread of variety and don’t miss their evening tea/coffee and snacks. Overall had a wonderful experience.

First I would say Superb, humble and very friendly staff they have. I stayed here for 2 days and I must say lovely and positive ambience. Rooms were clean well maintained, view is superb too. Much visit for comfortable and peaceful stay. You will really like taking to their staff members, they always talk to you with sweet smile. Loved staying here for 2 days 🙌
