Having
been
to
some
of
the
leading
fitness
centers
in
the
town,
I
can
say
that
this
is
one
great
place
for
fitness
enthusiasts.
At
a
time
when
women
feel
unsafe
even
at
their
workplaces,
this
place
has
a
women-friendly
atmosphere
with
trainers
who
make
sure
that
their
women
clients
are
comfortable.
Even
though
this
place
doesn’t
have
a
lady
trainer,
you
can
see
women
walking
into
this
place
from
as
early
as
5
in
the
morning.
The
next
best
thing
about
this
place
is
that
people
who
runs
this
place
Rohith,
Biju
and
Kishore
attends
to
each
of
their
clients
individually
every
single
day
addressing
their
concerns
about
their
health
and
fitness.
Most
importantly,
even
though
I
go
here
primarily
for
weight
loss,
trainers
doesn’t
weigh
you
every
alternate
day
focusing
on
whether
you
have
lost
any
weight.
Instead,
they
help
you
build
endurance
without
letting
you
drain
towards
the
end
of
the
session
but
rather
help
you
restore
your
energy
levels
with
the
right
amount
of
exercises
and
stretches.
They
even
give
diet
suggestions
for
improved
results
and
better
health.
This
place
has
the
best
of
equipments
and
facilities
depending
upon
how
a
person
want
to
work
on
their
health.
To
my
knowledge,
people
of
age
16
to
65
comes
to
this
gym
on
a
regular
basis.
Overall,
I
would
suggest
this
place
to
anyone
without
a
second
thought.
