I went for pedicure as my friend referred me as the massage and service was good. I opted for pedicure and they told me I saw pedicure and manicure rates and got confused as there were 2 particular variety come as combo which was 1800 and I have opted for crystal one and both together it costed 2200 which was the highest om their rage card. They could have informed the client and they kept quite and I was under the impression both together it's 1200 kind and wanted to experience their service...however I was quite unhappy with the manicure for the price I paid I have also taken underarms and upper lips normal flavored ones and I have been charges at peel of rate. The cost is almost like premium salon price and I feel they should keep clients informed and should not simply use them. Over all not an happy experience as I was fooled and not so great experience as both services done together and quite disappointed

I went der for my hair highlights, expected colour was available and was treated by Philomena Albert, her service was too good and really happy with the results🥳🥳🥳tq Naturals and Philomena😇☺

Overall, the service, ambience, cleanliness is great and I am a regular client for haircuts here. I'm giving a 2 star rating because of the very bad experience I had today. I went in for a haircut and a head and neck massage. The head and neck massage is around 350 ruppees for half an hour. I booked my appointment for 11.30 am. My haircut began at the planned time and took around 30 mins to complete. Then the Head-neck massage began. The person who was giving me that massage had shifted from my neck to my shoulders and began giving me a shoulder massage without mentioning that it is a seperate service. After the 30 minute massage was over, I was instructed to proceed to billing. I was charger for a haircut, a head-neck massage (For 30 mins) and shoulder massage (For 30 mins) and my bill came up to Rs1150. I then pointed out to them that it has only been an hour since I reached and how have they charged me for a 30 minute haircut + a 30 minute head-neck massage + a 30 minute shoulder massage. They were slightly confused and realised the mistake. They gave me an explanation which did not make any sense and then said my revised bill is Rs944. I paid without discussing any further but I still feel that I was overcharged for wrongly billed services by the stylist/masseur. I will continue to go here for my haircuts but will not avail any of the massage services again as they do not check with customer or check the timings for the promised services. If you are planning to visit and avail these services, please keep an eye on these minor details of timings etc as the salon does not do that for you.

I had a worst experience of haircut ..already I had hairfall ..inspite of that a lady trimmed my hair with severe pain. .so may times I had done haircut in naturals but those were gud .. this is the first time I had very bad experience she handled my hair so harshly ... example in the place of shedding of 100hairs ,because of her I had triple the amount of hairfall by doing hair prep before haircut and even trimming the hair was so painful ..I told her many times that it was painful but she was least bothered..mentioning here in the feedback is expecting her to do it better for the next customer ..

Neat and clean hair salon. Well maintained and pocket friendly. Good for a budgeted service like haircut (ladies/gent's), beard shave/trim, eyebrow threading and foot spa. Ramesh, was good at his work (haircut and beard trimming). Very patient and he knows his job. One good thing I like about the salon is, no personal marketing is done by hair dressers, which is a peace of mind. Overall- Recommend for budgeted service with good quality.
